Ad Creative Upload & Specs

This guide explains how to upload ad creatives to the AdLuxe Network and the specifications required for different ad formats. Following these guidelines will help ensure your ads display correctly and perform at their best.

1. Supported Creative Formats

  • Display Ads: JPG, PNG, GIF (static or animated)
  • Video Ads: MP4, MOV, WebM
  • Native Ads: Text, image, and optional call-to-action
  • Audio Ads: MP3, WAV

2. General Requirements

  • File size must not exceed platform limits.
  • Creatives must comply with Ad Content Guidelines.
  • No misleading, deceptive, or prohibited content.
  • Include a clear brand name or logo when possible.

3. Display Ad Specs

  • Common Sizes: 300x250, 728x90, 160x600, 300x600, 320x50 (mobile)
  • File Size Limit: 150 KB
  • Accepted File Types: JPG, PNG, GIF

4. Video Ad Specs

  • Resolutions: 1920x1080 (recommended), 1280x720 (minimum)
  • File Size Limit: 500 MB
  • Length: 6–30 seconds for standard; up to 60 seconds for special placements
  • File Types: MP4, MOV, WebM
  • Codec: H.264 preferred

5. Native Ad Specs

  • Title: Up to 60 characters
  • Description: Up to 150 characters
  • Image: 1200x627 pixels minimum
  • Call-to-Action (CTA): Clear and relevant to the ad offer

6. Audio Ad Specs

  • File Type: MP3, WAV
  • Bitrate: 128 kbps minimum
  • Length: 15–30 seconds standard
  • Include clear audio branding within the first 5 seconds

7. Uploading Creatives

  1. Log in to your AdLuxe account.
  2. Go to Creatives from the sidebar menu.
  3. Click Add Creative.
  4. Select the ad format and upload your file.
  5. Enter all required details (name, landing page URL, etc.).
  6. Save and submit for review.

Quick Tip: Upload multiple variations for A/B testing to find the highest-performing version.

8. Creative Review Process

  • Automated review checks file format, size, and basic compliance.
  • Manual review ensures adherence to guidelines.
  • Approved creatives become available for campaign use.
