Welcome to the AdLuxe Network! This guide will help you understand the layout, features, and tools so you can work efficiently—whether you’re an Advertiser launching campaigns or a Publisher monetizing your properties.

1. The Dashboard

When you log in, the dashboard is your home base. You’ll find:

  • Top Navigation Bar – Quick links to your main sections.
  • Sidebar Menu – Tools and settings grouped by category.
  • Central Workspace – The main area for creating campaigns, uploading creatives, or managing inventory.
  • Quick Stats Panel – At-a-glance performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue/spend).
  • Alerts & Notifications – Updates on approvals, rejections, and important system changes.

Quick Tip: Keep an eye on your Quick Stats Panel for early performance trends—this can help you adjust faster.

2. Main Menu Sections

Home

  • See an overview of account activity and recent changes.
  • Use quick links to create a campaign (Advertisers) or add inventory (Publishers).

Campaigns (Advertisers)

  • View Active, Paused, and Completed campaigns.
  • Filter by date, objective, or performance.
  • Use the Campaign Creation Wizard for step-by-step setup.

Creatives (Advertisers)

  • Upload banners, videos, native, or audio ads.
  • Preview creatives before launch.
  • Track approval status.

Properties (Publishers)

  • View all approved properties (sites, apps, channels).
  • Add new properties to monetize.
  • Manage categories, descriptions, and verification.

Inventory (Publishers)

  • Organize your property into Sections (broad areas) and Zones (specific placements).
  • Assign sizes, formats, and floor prices.
  • Generate ad tags for embedding.

Reports

  • Monitor performance in real-time or over custom date ranges.
  • Filter by campaign, site, zone, or creative.
  • Export to CSV or Excel.

Billing

  • View invoices and payment history.
  • Add or update payment/payout methods.
  • Choose prepay or postpay options.

Support

  • Access the Help Center.
  • Submit tickets for assistance.
  • Check platform status.

  • Favorites – Pin frequently accessed campaigns or zones.
  • Recent Activity – Quickly return to your last-viewed items.

Quick Tip: Use Favorites for high-traffic campaigns to save time navigating.

5. Mobile Access

  • Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Mobile menus are condensed but offer the same functions.

6. Navigation Best Practices

  • Bookmark the dashboard login page for quick access.
  • Use filters to narrow down large lists.
  • Check Alerts daily to avoid missing key updates.
