1. Purpose & Scope

This document defines the strategic and technical framework for forming partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures under the CHLOM Global DAO during Phase 4. The aim is to leverage shared resources, cross-chain capabilities, and compliance-first infrastructure to expand CHLOM’s global presence while ensuring governance alignment.

Goals:

  • Establish clear partnership tiers with defined benefits, obligations, and governance touchpoints.
  • Ensure all integrations meet CHLOM’s compliance, licensing, and interoperability standards.
  • Provide a technical onboarding path with standardized APIs, smart contracts, and cross-chain verification modules.
  • Create a foundation for fully decentralized alliance governance in Phase 5.
