Wireframe: Fingerprint Management Dashboard (Phase 3)

Purpose: Central hub for creating, tracking, and managing Fingerprint IDs — unique identifiers applied to digital assets, users, or datasets to enforce licensing and override rules.

1. Page Layout

  • Global Nav: Consistent with CHLOM’s main dashboard (logo left, user/account tools right).
  • Breadcrumb Navigation:

2. Header Section

  • Title:
  • Create Fingerprint button (primary CTA)
  • Import Batch option for uploading CSV/JSON files with multiple fingerprints.
  • Search & Filter:
    • Filter by: License, Asset Type, Status, Date Created, Owner.
    • Search by: Fingerprint ID, asset name, wallet address.

3. Fingerprint List View

Table layout with key columns:

  • Fingerprint ID (clickable for details)
  • Linked License (clickable to license detail page)
  • Asset Type (media, dataset, contract, formula, etc.)
  • Date Created
  • Status (Active, Inactive, Revoked)
  • Actions (View, Edit, Clone, Delete)

4. Fingerprint Creation Wizard (3–step process)

Step 1: Asset Selection

  • Choose asset type:
    • Digital Media (image, video, audio, doc)
    • Dataset
    • Smart Contract
    • Formula/Recipe
    • Software Module
    • Physical Product QR
  • Upload asset or paste metadata (IPFS hash, content URL, or text snippet).

Step 2: Fingerprint Generation

  • Algorithm: SHA-256 (default) + CHLOM signature encryption.
  • Option to create multi-layer fingerprints for different usage tiers.
  • Option to bind fingerprint to DAO Governance ID for dispute readiness.

Step 3: License & Override Linking

  • Assign fingerprint to an existing CHLOM License or create new one.
  • Optionally apply default override set at creation.
  • Define Fingerprint Expiry Date (optional).

5. Fingerprint Detail View

When clicking a fingerprint:

  • Fingerprint ID (immutable)
  • Linked Asset Metadata (title, description, hash)
  • Linked License (clickable)
  • Applied Overrides (list with quick access to Override Builder)
  • Usage History Log (scan events, access attempts, royalty triggers)
  • DAO Dispute Status (if in dispute process)

6. Bulk Actions

  • Assign multiple fingerprints to one license.
  • Export fingerprints + metadata as JSON/CSV for external backup.
  • Batch revoke or deactivate.

7. Sidebar Tools

  • Fingerprint Templates — preconfigured fingerprint types by industry.
  • Linked DAO Policies — view governance rules impacting this fingerprint type.
  • Risk Alerts — AI-powered alerts for suspected unauthorized usage.

Interaction Notes:

  • Fingerprint IDs are immutable once created — only metadata links can be updated.
  • Every fingerprint action is logged in the CHLOM Immutable Ledger.
  • Integrates directly with the Override Builder so enforcement is one click away.
