- Regional Auditoriums host up to 602 participants.
- Global Events often run in auditoriums or sponsored stages (120–602 seats).
- Seats are allocated by membership priority (VIP > Pro > Community).
2. Breakout Rooms
- Each event may include up to 50 breakout rooms.
- Community members may join public breakouts.
- Pro and VIP members have access to member-only and advanced workshops.
3. Recordings
- Event hosts may record sessions.
- Recordings are accessible to Pro and VIP members through designated follow-up rooms.
- Community members may access highlights when released.
4. Timed Access
- Some sessions have limited entry windows. Always log in 5–10 minutes early.
- VIP members receive early access to high-demand sessions.
