Event Features & Timed Access (For Members & Pro)

1. Live Events

  • Regional Auditoriums host up to 602 participants.
  • Global Events often run in auditoriums or sponsored stages (120–602 seats).
  • Seats are allocated by membership priority (VIP > Pro > Community).

2. Breakout Rooms

  • Each event may include up to 50 breakout rooms.
  • Community members may join public breakouts.
  • Pro and VIP members have access to member-only and advanced workshops.

3. Recordings

  • Event hosts may record sessions.
  • Recordings are accessible to Pro and VIP members through designated follow-up rooms.
  • Community members may access highlights when released.

4. Timed Access

  • Some sessions have limited entry windows. Always log in 5–10 minutes early.
  • VIP members receive early access to high-demand sessions.
