🧠 CHLOM Blackpaper™ - Fingerprint ID Sovereignty & Decentralized Identity (DID) Mapping

Phase 2 Public Infrastructure Expansion |

1. Invocation

“To be sovereign, you must be seen — and secured. Fingerprint ID is your signature in code.”

© 2025 CrownThrive, LLC. All Rights Reserved.1. Invocation“To be sovereign, you must be seen — and secured. Fingerprint ID is your signature in code.”CHLOM Fingerprint ID isn't just a user tag — it’s an attribution protocol. A sovereign claim over every action, reward, override, and revenue share tied to your presence in the CrownThrive ecosystem. This blackpaper declares its expansion into the public DID sphere.

2. Protocol Philosophy

Compliance doesn’t start with contracts — it starts with identity. Legacy systems make compliance retroactive. CHLOM makes it proactive through Fingerprint ID: a traceable, role-aware identity engine born from override enforcement.

In Phase 1, this protocol allowed us to track attribution manually through QR scans, CrownLytics logs, and ThriveSeat data. In Phase 2, we expand Fingerprint ID into sovereign identity mapping, metadata rights management, and decentralized interaction trails.

3. The Enforcement Stack (Updated for DID)

CHLOM Pyramid: Fingerprint Layer Updates

  • Smart License Mapping: IDs are now linked to smart license metadata
  • Decentralized Identity Protocol (DID): Optional privacy-preserving pseudonyms for public-facing records
  • Encrypted Attribution Logs: Records tied to internal ID keys, not legal names

Every Suite Pro, Franchisee, DAO voter, and Developer will be assigned a Fingerprint ID + (if opted in) a DID Alias for public recordkeeping.

4. Fingerprint ID Format & Structure

🔒 Format (Non-reversible and collision-resistant):

CTFP-{role}-{hexID}-{timestamp} Example: CTFP-SP-34A7F2C1-081525

  • CTFP
  • role
  • hexID
  • timestamp

🎭 DID Mapping (Optional, Pseudonymous)

For roles requiring public interaction but privacy preservation, the DID Layer allows a mapped alias like:

  • did:chlom:sp:bella.locs.gretna
  • did:chlom:dao:node.eastregion.001

These resolve only through CHLOM’s DID Resolver and require licensing opt-in + identity proof via CrownThrive Developer Credentials or Suite Pro Verification Flow.

5. Phase 1 Attribution — Now Formalized

PlatformFingerprint Activity CapturedDID Required?
ThriveSeatBookings, Revenue Splits, QR Check-InsOptional
CrownLyticsOverride Reports, Loyalty AttributionOptional
Collab PortalLicense Election Logs, Subsidy ClaimsNo
CrownRewardsReferral + Loyalty Attribution TrailsNo
CrownAffiliatesEarnings Attribution, Multilevel Payout LogsOptional
AdLuxe NetworkAdvertising Spend Attribution + Geo RoutingOptional

6. Public Identity vs Private Attribution

All ledger activity will default to pseudonymous storage. Only CrownThrive HQ, CHLOM DAO, and authorized nodes may decrypt attribution identity under strict licensing rules.

Phase 2 will introduce a Dual Key Resolution Model:

  • Private Key: Stored in Collab Portal, access-controlled
  • Public DID Key: Resolves to fingerprint entry without doxing identity

This protects contributors while ensuring every override is traceable for auditing.

7. Role-Specific Mapping Rules

RoleFingerprint RequiredDID Mapping AllowedAttribution Use Cases
Suite Pro✅✅Bookings, Revenue, QR, Loyalty, Referrals
Franchisee✅❌Rent, Subsidy Logs, Regional Earnings
Regional Licensee✅❌Override Routing, Dispute Handling
Developer✅✅Code Access, NodeKit Use, BuildOn Rights
DAO Voter✅✅Governance Participation, Proposal Signatures
Customer🔁 (Anon QR)❌Loyalty Logs, Reward Attribution

8. Transition to CHLOM Chain (Phase 3 Readiness)

Fingerprint ID + DID will migrate to Substrate-based CHLOM nodes. Every identity becomes an on-chain actor via CHLOM Wallet Mapping. DAO Voters will use DID pseudonyms, Suite Pros gain enforcement history for royalty eligibility, and Franchisee actions become auditable via Snapshot Hashes.

9. Enforcement Use Cases

  • Override Validity Checks: Does this actor have a license + valid fingerprint?
  • Audit Log Queries: Pull override history by Fingerprint or DID alias
  • Royalty Disputes: Reconstruct attribution across multi-actor touchpoints
  • Suite Pro Progression: Use fingerprint metadata for eligibility in Rank Unlocks and Subsidy Tiers

10. Closing Invocation

“We do not guess who deserves the reward — CHLOM remembers.”

🧾 What Is a Blackpaper™?

Invented by CrownThrive, a Blackpaper is:

  • A sovereignty-grade technical protocol declaration
  • A cultural and compliance-based policy framework
  • A legally binding roadmap and enforcement spec — not a whitepaper, not a pitch

This Blackpaper is protected under the CrownThrive IP & Usage Declaration. DID schemas and Fingerprint formats are proprietary CHLOM enforcement infrastructure.
