1. Scope of Community Spaces

This policy covers, but is not limited to:

  • CrownThriveU discussion boards and forums
  • ThrivePeer mentorship spaces
  • ThriveSeat booking profiles and reviews
  • Locticians Community & Directory interactions
  • CrownThrive success stories, testimonials, and public feedback threads
  • Crown Affiliates promotional spaces
  • Social media groups, member chatrooms, or Discord/Telegram extensions operated under CrownThrive branding

2. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to:

  • Engage with respect, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
  • Avoid personal attacks, slurs, hate speech, or harassment
  • Offer feedback constructively, not combatively
  • Refrain from unsolicited promotion or spam
  • Maintain confidentiality when discussing sensitive topics

Violation of this code will lead to warnings, removal of content, or suspension from the ecosystem.

3. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on:

  • Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability
  • Doxxing, threats, or intimidation
  • Exploitative messaging (e.g., scams, pyramid schemes, unapproved financial solicitations)
  • Sexual harassment or predatory behavior

Confirmed violations will result in permanent ban and, if applicable, legal action.

4. Moderation Authority

CrownThrive and its designated moderators:

  • Reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates policies or disrupts harmony
  • May suspend or ban accounts at their sole discretion
  • Do not tolerate appeals based on “free speech” when speech is used to harm or oppress

All moderators act on behalf of CrownThrive’s legal, ethical, and brand integrity.

5. Reporting Harmful Behavior

Community members are encouraged to report:

  • Harmful, offensive, or abusive behavior
  • Unsolicited promotions or suspicious links
  • Unsafe conduct by members in coaching, bookings, or mentorship settings

Reports can be submitted anonymously to [email protected] or via the platform's support ticket system. Action will be taken swiftly and discreetly.

6. Community-Generated Content

Any user-submitted content, including:

  • Testimonials
  • Reviews
  • Forum discussions
  • Success stories
  • Shared templates or guides

…may be used by CrownThrive for marketing or educational purposes unless the user opts out in writing. We honor intellectual credit and never exploit private content for commercial gain without permission.

7. Revocation of Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke forum or directory access
  • Remove rewards or affiliate status
  • Freeze or terminate memberships
  • Deny platform reinstatement

…if a user violates this policy repeatedly or with malicious intent.

8. Cultural Respect

CrownThrive serves a melanin-rich, diverse, global community. As such:

  • We honor culturally specific practices and language preferences
  • We do not allow tone policing, coded bias, or “professionalism” demands that disproportionately target marginalized members
  • All contributors should strive for inclusion and impact—not erasure or assimilation

We protect our people and their voice.
