1. Limited License Grant
By accessing our platforms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to:
- Use the platform(s) you’ve subscribed to or enrolled in
- Access paid content, tools, services, and communities as specified in your membership tier
- Download materials, templates, or educational assets strictly for personal or authorized business use
This license does not include permission to resell, redistribute, white-label, or publicly republish any proprietary CrownThrive materials.
2. CrownThrive’s Ownership & IP Protection
All content, trademarks, frameworks, code, branding, designs, curriculum, and AI prompt libraries—unless otherwise specified—remain the exclusive intellectual property of CrownThrive, LLC or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy or clone any CrownThrive platform or interface
- Use our branding without written permission
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate our automation tools, AI systems, or business models
Violation may result in legal action, including account termination, civil damages, or criminal prosecution.
3. Access Control by Subscription or Status
Platform access is controlled by:
- Subscription level (e.g., ThriveLaunch vs. ThriveElite)
- Payment status (active, suspended, canceled)
- User role (e.g., instructor, affiliate, investor, contributor)
- Platform participation (e.g., CrownThriveU, ThriveSeat, AdLuxe)
CrownThrive reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to any user violating terms or exceeding fair-use thresholds.
4. Instructor & Contributor Licensing
For content creators, instructors, or contributors:
- You retain ownership of your original content (e.g., course videos, articles)
- You grant CrownThrive a perpetual, royalty-free license to host, market, promote, bundle, or monetize it across the ecosystem
- You may not republish your CrownThrive-hosted material on third-party platforms without review and written consent
This applies to courses on CrownThriveU, articles in the Success Chronicles, and other licensed works.
5. AI-Generated Content
Any content created using CrownThrive’s proprietary AI tools (e.g., NeuralCraft, ThriveTools) is:
- Subject to a non-exclusive license agreement
- Not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive, or copyright-free
- Protected as part of our system outputs, not transferable IP
You may use AI outputs for your own business, but not claim exclusivity or resell outputs as your own technology.
6. NFTs, Tokens & Blockchain-Based Access
Where membership or access is granted through NFTs or tokens:
- The NFT or token may grant entry to premium services
- Ownership of a token does not include IP rights to the platform, brand, or its technologies
- Tokens are licensed for use as access keys—not digital securities or ownership stakes
You may not fractionalize, resell, or modify the rights embedded in these assets without CrownThrive’s written agreement.
7. Licensing Violations
Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or misuse of CrownThrive content or systems will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Termination of access across all platforms
- Legal action for damages and injunctive relief where applicable
Licensing misuse includes, but is not limited to, selling CrownThrive templates, rebroadcasting training, or cloning ecosystem features for competitive use.
8. White-Label & Enterprise Licensing
Enterprise-level licensing may be available upon request. These agreements:
- Are custom-negotiated with their own SLAs
- May include white-label options, API access, and rebranding privileges
- Must be approved by CrownThrive legal and executive leadership
Standard platform users are not eligible for these permissions without written approval.
