1. Beta Features Defined
CrownThrive may offer limited access to certain beta, early-access, or pre-release tools and services for purposes of testing, user feedback, or iterative development.
These features may include:
- AI modules still under training
- Workflow automations in refinement
- Dashboard elements not yet finalized
- Partner integrations not fully deployed
- Advanced functionality visible to select user groups only
2. Use at Your Own Risk
Beta and early-access features are made available as-is, with no guarantees:
- Of uptime, functionality, or bug-free operation
- Of backward compatibility or future availability
- That user data or settings will persist across updates
Use of such features is at the user's sole discretion and risk. CrownThrive disclaims all responsibility for losses or issues resulting from beta tool usage.
3. Limited Support and Documentation
Beta tools and early-access features may not:
- Be fully documented at time of access
- Receive priority support in help tickets
- Be compatible with all user environments
We appreciate user feedback during this stage but cannot guarantee individualized solutions or technical continuity during development cycles.
4. Data Loss or Rollback Risk
During the beta stage, some features may undergo system updates, rollbacks, or deprecations that impact:
- Stored inputs or preferences
- Integration links
- User-generated content created with the feature
- Feature settings, automations, or saved workflows
Users are advised to back up critical work and avoid mission-critical dependency on tools not marked as “stable” or “production-ready.”
5. No Entitlement or Ownership
Participation in a beta program does not constitute:
- Ownership or licensing rights over a feature
- Permanent access to a feature once it becomes paid or limited
- A guarantee that the feature will be launched to the public
CrownThrive reserves the right to discontinue, restrict, or reprice beta tools at any time.
6. Feedback Use and Consent
Users participating in beta or early-access programs agree that:
- Feedback, error reports, and usage insights may be collected
- CrownThrive may use this information to improve performance
- No royalties, credits, or licensing obligations arise from such contributions
All feedback is considered voluntary and non-confidential unless a specific NDA is signed.
7. User Conduct and Compliance
Even in experimental environments, users must adhere to CrownThrive’s general Terms of Use, ethical standards, and security protocols.
Abuse, exploitation, or misuse of early-access tools may result in suspension or account termination.
8. Version Control
