1.0 Policy Summary

The CHLOM Fingerprint ID is a cryptographically generated, permanent digital identifier used to enforce licensing, automate override distribution, and maintain immutable compliance records across the CrownThrive™ ecosystem. It is required for all participants in Melanin Magic Suites™, ThriveSeat, CrownRewards, CrownThriveU, Crown Affiliates, and other CHLOM-governed platforms.

Each Fingerprint ID serves as the universal identity anchor for Suite Pros, Franchisees, Regional Licensees, instructors, affiliate earners, and digital asset holders.

2.0 Purpose

This policy codifies the use of the CHLOM Fingerprint ID to:

Accurately track and route overrides, royalties, and platform earnings
Enforce contractual roles and revenue entitlements
Maintain a transparent licensing chain for digital and physical operations
Support future smart contract automation and dispute resolution

3.0 Identity Structure and Assignment

3.1 Unique Identity Generation

Each CHLOM Fingerprint ID is generated using a cryptographic hash of:

The participant’s legal entity or organization name
Their CrownThrive or CHLOM License ID
Date of onboarding
Role and contract type

This creates a tamper-proof, collision-resistant, non-transferable ID assigned to the user for life.

3.2 Role Binding

Once issued, each Fingerprint ID is tied to:

Legal role (e.g., Franchisee, Suite Pro, Instructor)
Override eligibility level
Licensing tier and permissions
All CHLOM-verified transactions, campaigns, and payouts
