• CrownThriveU, ThriveSeat, CrownLytics, NeuralCraft, CrownPulse, ThrivePeer, ThrivePush.io, CHLOM Substrate, CHLOM DLA, CHLOM LEX, and all MM Suites™ Franchise IP
• All PDFs, decks, web pages, images, flows, articles, frameworks, and systems produced internally or shared externally

• U.S. Common Law Copyright
• U.S. Trademark Law (Pending or Claimed)
• International IP Agreements & Treaties
• Digital Timestamp & Blockchain Proof-of-First-Use Doctrine

This declaration automatically applies whether or not included in individual documents or media. All content authored by or derived from CrownThrive’s work is subject to this policy.

Unauthorized use or replication of CrownThrive's IP — regardless of document markings — may result in legal enforcement.

This protection applies to all CrownThrive-issued and ecosystem-affiliated materials:

CrownThrive reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies including but not limited to:

• DMCA takedown of infringing documents or clones
• Injunctive relief to halt unauthorized publication
• Licensing fees, fines, and damages for commercial use without contract
• Exclusion from CHLOM Validator/Developer access or DAO voting rights
• Public naming and blacklisting of clone entities

We also maintain:

• Timestamped document archives
• Git, Notion, Froala, and blockchain metadata
• Validator + DAO forensic logs

⚠️ YOU MAY NOT

• Clone CHLOM or CHLOM-adjacent systems
• Use Fingerprint ID™ in your systems without explicit licensing
• Claim or reword the Blackpaper format
• Republish CrownThrive protocols as your own
• Modify or fork core CHLOM protocols without permission

✅ YOU MAY

• Reference the model for educational purposes (with attribution)
• Apply for licensing or partnership
• Build inside CrownThrive as a Validator or DAO Member
• Propose expansions via ThriveAlumni governance vote

📌 HOW TO REQUEST PERMISSION

To gain authorized access, licensing, or development rights:

• Apply through the
• Register as a Developer or Validator
• Agree to the CHLOM Terms of Use
• Pay required license or staking fees (case-by-case)

All inquiries go through the CrownThrive Collab Portal or CHLOM DLA for review.
