Effective Date: July 30, 2025 Applies To: Board Members, Executive Committee, Committee Chairs, Advisors, Platform Directors, and Founding Contributors
1. Purpose
This policy safeguards the ethical integrity of all leadership transitions and protects the CrownThrive ecosystem from fragmentation, sabotage, or unauthorized replication through resignations, splinter groups, or copycat ventures.
2. Leadership Code of Integrity
All leaders are expected to:
- Uphold CrownThrive’s mission and values without compromise
- Serve with humility, accountability, and professional transparency
- Communicate respectfully with peers, partners, and members
- Protect internal data, confidential roadmaps, and unreleased tools
- Model principled leadership both in private conduct and public engagement
3. Resignation Protocol
To resign from a leadership post, individuals must:
- Submit a written notice via the designated resignation form
- Provide a 30-day transition timeline, unless otherwise approved
- Return all sensitive documents, media, or credentials tied to their role
- Complete a formal exit interview with the Governance Chair or Compliance Officer
- Refrain from making any unauthorized public announcements until clearance is granted
Emergencies may warrant expedited resignations, but formal notice must still be submitted retroactively for the record.
4. Non-Compete Terms (Leadership Tier)
Leadership-level members agree not to:
- Launch a competing ecosystem, platform, or organization that mimics CrownThrive’s mission, branding, community, or IP within 12 months of resignation
- Recruit active CrownThrive members, partners, or advisors for any competing offer or team during that period
- Use insider data, vendor lists, internal code, or content from any CrownThrive brand in the creation or promotion of an external project
Violations may result in legal enforcement, including but not limited to cease & desist orders, removal of shares or privileges, and public disassociation.
5. Legacy Access Revocation
Upon confirmed resignation:
- Admin and backend access to any CrownThrive platform must be revoked within 72 hours
- If the individual had platform-specific ownership, it will be transitioned under the terms of the relevant Operating Agreement or CHLOM licensing protocols
- Continued public use of titles such as “Director of” or “Chair of” CrownThrive is prohibited after exit without express written permission
6. Leadership Return Policy
In rare cases, leaders may return after resignation if:
- They left in good standing with no conflicts or violations
- They have submitted a reappointment application through the Executive Committee
- They are reapproved via 2/3 majority vote by both the Governance Committee and Founders
- A 6-month cooling-off period has passed (unless waived)
7. Protection Against Splinter Leadership
Should any former leader attempt to:
- Launch a forked or mirrored platform targeting the same demographic
- Use ThriveAlumni data, ThriveSeat logic, CHLOM architecture, or internal teaching curriculum in a replicated form
- Publicly disparage the ecosystem with the intent to poach or confuse members
They will be permanently barred from all CrownThrive initiatives and may face legal action under trade secret, IP, and brand protection laws.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy are enforced jointly by:
- The Governance & Ethics Committee
- The Judicial Review Committee
- CrownThrive Legal Department
Breach of this policy constitutes a material violation of leadership terms and triggers immediate review under the Master Conduct and Arbitration Framework.
