CrownThrive Master Ecosystem Models Policy
Effective Date: July 30, 2025 Governing Entity: CrownThrive, LLC Applies To: CrownThrive’s hybrid incubator programs, imprint publishing divisions, CHLOM framework, and integrated brand platforms Contact: [email protected]
CrownThrive operates a dynamic innovation ecosystem that goes beyond a traditional incubator, seamlessly integrating business development, funding access, AI-driven automation, and strategic partnerships to guide visionaries from concept to market domination.
This Master Ecosystem Models Policy outlines the official framework governing CrownThrive’s hybrid incubator and venture membership plans, its imprint publishing brands, the Compliance Hybrid Licensing & Ownership Model (CHLOM), and the overall integration model that ties together our technology stack and monetization systems.
All participants, partners, and contributors in the CrownThrive ecosystem are required to adhere to the terms herein, which are designed to ensure transparency, compliance, and mutual success across all initiatives.
1. Hybrid Incubator & Venture Plans
CrownThrive is a tech-driven hybrid incubator that offers a tiered membership program for entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses at every stage. Multiple Thrive plans (including ThriveLaunch, ThriveBoost, ThriveElevate, ThrivePioneer, ThriveVenture, ThriveLegacy) define the support level and growth services members receive. Each tier provides increasing access to resources such as coaching, marketing tools, automation platforms, and investor networks, with higher tiers focusing on accelerated scaling and funding opportunities.
- Subscription-Based Access: Most incubator participants join via monthly or annual subscriptions corresponding to their chosen Thrive plan. There are no long-term lock-in contracts—memberships can be maintained on a flexible basis, and CrownThrive earns continued membership through ongoing value delivery
- Equity-Based Growth Program: Select ventures may qualify for an equity-partnership incubator option, wherein CrownThrive provides 100% free access to its incubator services (mentorship, technology, marketing, etc.) in exchange for an equity stake in the business (typically 5%–20%, determined by scalability and resource needs)
- Incubator Structure and Phases: All incubator participants, regardless of tier, progress through a structured growth framework. This includes an initial Discovery & Alignment phase (assessment of goals and fit), Strategic Onboarding (tool activation, community introduction, KPI setting), Execution & Optimization (use of CrownThrive platforms with ongoing coaching and performance reviews), Monetization & Scaling (deployment of revenue systems, marketing campaigns, and possible tier upgrades), and finally Investment Eligibility & Partner Pathways (preparing for investor presentations, strategic partnerships, or entry into the ThriveVenture program)
All incubator and venture plan members are expected to uphold CrownThrive’s community and conduct standards throughout their participation. CrownThrive reserves the right to approve or deny program admission based on alignment with our ecosystem and to remove participants for violations such as unethical conduct, non-payment, or misrepresentation (see Termination in Section 5).
Members may cancel or downgrade their plan as outlined in our Program Exit & Refunds Policy, noting that refunds or equity reversals are only provided as per those terms.
2. Imprint Divisions & Publishing Authority
As part of its ecosystem, CrownThrive owns and operates several imprint brands and niche platforms that serve specific industries or communities. These CrownThrive imprint divisions function as specialized extensions of the incubator, providing domain-focused services (such as media production, content distribution, e-commerce, or community engagement) under the CrownThrive umbrella.
All such imprint ventures are divisions of CrownThrive, LLC, and are governed by this policy as well as any platform-specific addendums. CrownThrive maintains ultimate oversight and intellectual property rights over the imprint brands themselves, while empowering creators and partners within those platforms to thrive. Key imprint platforms include:
- Virality Music™: A CrownThrive division focused on the music industry, Virality Music empowers independent artists, producers, and creatives with access to distribution, licensing opportunities, and monetization strategies
- The Artful Mane™ (Gallery & Wearable Art): An imprint at the intersection of art and fashion, The Artful Mane Gallery showcases wearable art collections that fuse cultural heritage with modern design
- Melanated Voices TV (MVT)™: A digital media imprint in the CrownThrive ecosystem, MVT is a streaming and content platform dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and underrepresented communities
Additional Imprint Ventures: CrownThrive continually develops new brand ventures in areas aligned with its mission (e.g. wellness & beauty, social impact, technology solutions, etc.). All such platforms – including those listed in CrownThrive’s public portfolio (for example, Melanin Magic™ for beauty products, Locticians™ community for haircare professionals, XENthrive™ for athletic recovery, and others) – are governed by the same overarching principles.
CrownThrive’s role is to provide the infrastructure, technology, and strategic oversight, while allowing niche-specific innovation and community building under each imprint. Participation in any CrownThrive imprint platform implies acceptance of CrownThrive’s universal Terms of Use and this Master Policy, alongside any specific platform agreements (which will be provided in the Legal Depot or on the platform itself).
CrownThrive reserves imprint authority to manage branding, quality control, and strategic direction for all such ventures, ensuring they remain consistent with our ecosystem values and compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements.
3. CHLOM™ Licensing & Compliance Framework
To uphold a high standard of trust, compliance, and intellectual property protection across its ecosystem, CrownThrive employs the Compliance Hybrid Licensing & Ownership Model (CHLOM™).
CHLOM is CrownThrive’s proprietary, AI-powered decentralized compliance, licensing, and digital ownership framework. It is a multi-layered system that leverages blockchain technology, smart contracts, AI-driven risk analysis, and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) to automate and enforce compliance rules, manage content and product licensing, and verify ownership rights in a transparent yet privacy-preserving manner. This framework underpins how licenses, rights, and ownership are handled for all digital content and collaborations within CrownThrive’s incubator and imprint platforms.
Key aspects of the CHLOM framework include:
- Decentralized Licensing Authority: CHLOM operates a dedicated compliance blockchain for recording and executing licensing transactions. Any intellectual property (IP) or digital asset introduced into the CrownThrive ecosystem – whether it’s a music track, a piece of art, a course module, or a software tool – can be registered and tracked on the CHLOM ledger. This creates an immutable record of ownership and licensing terms, reducing disputes and fraud. For example, Virality Music utilizes CHLOM’s licensing exchange to tokenize music rights: tracks or albums can be represented as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) for on-chain verification of ownership and royalties
- Automated Compliance & Risk Management: CHLOM’s AI components continuously monitor transactions and participant activity to ensure regulatory compliance and detect anomalies
- Ownership and Royalties Tracking: Through CHLOM, CrownThrive ensures that creators and contributors are properly credited and compensated for their work. Each imprint platform ties into CHLOM for managing royalties and revenue share. For example, when a Virality Music artist’s song is streamed or sold, CHLOM can automatically attribute the play count or sale to that artist’s account and calculate the earnings due to them (according to the platform’s revenue-sharing formula) in a transparent way. If the song was sold as an NFT or licensed to a third party, those terms are recorded in CHLOM and any secondary sales or usage can also be tracked, ensuring the original creator receives any entitled royalties (such as resale royalties on NFTs)
- Data Privacy & Security: Although CHLOM uses a public or consortium blockchain for transparency, it incorporates Zero-Knowledge Proofs and encryption techniques so that sensitive data (like personal identities, private business financials, or trade secrets) are not exposed on the public ledger
By integrating CHLOM across its operations, CrownThrive establishes a unified, trustworthy licensing and compliance layer that benefits everyone: creators know their intellectual property is protected and monetized fairly, partners and investors can trust that ventures are meeting legal requirements, and CrownThrive can scale its ecosystem with minimized risk. CHLOM is a patent-pending technology, and CrownThrive provides legal disclosures and usage guidelines for it in the CHLOM™ Legal & IP Notices section of our Help Center.
All users of CrownThrive platforms implicitly consent to any necessary license smart contract executions or compliance checks facilitated by CHLOM when they upload content, enter collaborations, or conduct transactions. In case of any conflict between CHLOM’s smart contract records and off-chain agreements, CrownThrive will work to reconcile the issue in good faith, but the CHLOM records will generally be considered authoritative for determining rights and entitlements within the ecosystem.
4. Brand Integration, Technology Stack & Monetization Models
One of CrownThrive’s core strengths is the integration of its diverse platforms and services into a single synergistic ecosystem. Members and partners benefit from a unified technology stack and cross-platform infrastructure that connects the incubator programs with the imprint brands and community tools. This section describes how CrownThrive’s brands and technology interoperate, and the various monetization models enabled by this integration.
Unified Platform Access: All CrownThrive members (whether incubator participants, imprint platform users, or community partners) gain access to a suite of proprietary platforms and tools that are designed to work together. A CrownThrive account can unlock multiple services – for example, an entrepreneur on a ThriveBoost plan has full access to CrownThrive’s digital tools (analytics, marketing, e-commerce, etc.) which they can use to enhance their presence on imprint platforms like The Artful Mane or Virality Music. The ecosystem is centered around CrownThrive’s main hub (CrownThrive.com) which serves as the gateway to all offerings, and through which users can discover products, purchase services, and learn about new opportunities.
Supporting this is the Collab Portal, an invitation-only collaboration platform for advanced partners and contributors, which further facilitates cross-venture projects and resource sharing among those deeply involved in the ecosystem. Together, these integrated systems ensure that whether someone is launching a startup, selling creative work, or participating as an investor or affiliate, they can seamlessly navigate and engage with the entire CrownThrive network.
Technology Stack: CrownThrive’s ecosystem is built on a modern, scalable technology stack that incorporates artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and Web3 blockchain components. We continuously develop and deploy in-house tools under the “Thrive” brand family, many of which are available to our members: for instance, CrownPulse™ and CrownLytics™ for real-time analytics and visitor tracking, ThrivePush™ for automated notifications, ThriveTools™ for SEO and productivity utilities, and Thrive AI Studio™ for AI-powered content generation and chatbot solutions.
These tools are integrated such that incubator participants can plug them into their business operations with minimal friction (e.g. an e-commerce venture can use CrownLytics to analyze traffic, or a content creator can use AI Studio to generate marketing copy). Additionally, the CrownThrive IO™ and Network Status pages provide a connective layer, allowing members to monitor platform performance and access developer resources for custom integrations. Overall, CrownThrive’s tech-driven approach means AI, blockchain, and automation are woven into every level of service, streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency for our users.
For example, an imprint like Locticians™ (a haircare professional network) might utilize CrownThrive’s booking and payment automation, AI marketing tools, and secure blockchain transactions for purchases – all part of the common stack. This unified tech environment not only accelerates growth for individual ventures but also ensures data consistency, security (with CHLOM backing sensitive transactions), and a smoother user experience across the board.
Monetization Models Across the Ecosystem: CrownThrive enables a broad range of monetization strategies for its members and platform users, recognizing that revenue generation is key to growth. Our motto is “Monetization at Every Level,” reflecting that whether someone is a new creator or a seasoned business, there are pathways to earn and scale within our ecosystem. The integrated nature of our platforms allows participants to leverage multiple revenue streams concurrently:
- Direct Sales and E-Commerce: Platforms like Melanin Magic™ (for products in beauty/wellness) and Artful Mane (for art/fashion pieces) support direct product sales. Creators or partnered vendors can sell physical or digital goods to consumers through CrownThrive-managed storefronts. The tech stack provides shopping cart systems, payment processing, and even inventory or dropshipping integrations, so creators can focus on product development while CrownThrive handles the commerce infrastructure. Revenue from sales is typically split such that the creator/vendor receives the majority of the proceeds, with CrownThrive taking a commission or service fee for platform maintenance and marketing. Exact commission rates or fees are defined in platform-specific agreements and are communicated during onboarding.
- Content Licensing and Royalties: As discussed in Section 3, imprint platforms such as Virality Music monetize content by facilitating licensing deals and streams. Musicians earn royalties from streams and downloads of their music, keep a larger percentage of earnings compared to traditional industry standards, and get paid when their music is licensed in media projects
- Membership and Subscription Fees: CrownThrive’s own revenue model includes the subscription fees from the incubator plans and premium platform subscriptions. Members on tiers like ThriveBoost, ThriveElevate, etc., pay monthly/annual fees for the services bundle they receive
- Affiliate and Partner Programs: In addition to direct earnings from content or sales, CrownThrive offers affiliate, referral, and partnership programs that allow participants to earn commissions by promoting products or helping grow the ecosystem
In all cases, CrownThrive does not guarantee profits or financial results to participants; while we provide the tools and opportunities, actual earnings depend on the user’s effort, market conditions, and consumer response. However, we are committed to transparency in how revenues are calculated and shared. Detailed monetization terms for each program or platform are provided at the time of enrollment or engagement, including any platform fees, commission rates, or profit-sharing percentages. Participants are encouraged to review these specifics – for instance, incubator members will receive a breakdown of included advertising credits or perks like those listed in their plan (e.g., AdLuxe Network advertising credits of $50 to $12,500 depending on tier), and imprint platform users will see any transaction fees or splits in their contributor agreement.
By fostering multiple avenues for monetization (from selling products and content, to earning commissions, to securing investment), CrownThrive’s integrated ecosystem aims to help entrepreneurs and creators diversify their income streams and build sustainable businesses, all while contributing to and benefiting from the wider community.
5. Participation, Ownership & Revenue-Sharing Terms
All individuals and entities participating in the CrownThrive ecosystem – whether as incubator clients, imprint platform contributors, partners, or affiliates – are subject to the following terms regarding ownership of intellectual property, licensing rights, and revenue-sharing. These terms ensure clarity over who owns what, how content and assets may be used, and how income is distributed, thereby protecting both the participant’s interests and CrownThrive’s operational needs.
5.1 Intellectual Property Ownership and Licensing: Participants maintain ownership of their own creations, brands, and pre-existing business assets. Engaging with CrownThrive does not transfer ownership of a participant’s intellectual property to CrownThrive. However, by participating, you grant CrownThrive certain licenses or usage rights necessary for collaboration and promotion, as outlined below (and further detailed in specific agreements where applicable):
- Participant Content: Any content that you create and bring into the ecosystem (e.g. artwork, videos, music, blogs, business plans) remains your intellectual property. CrownThrive will not claim ownership of your original content. You do, however, grant CrownThrive a license to use, reproduce, and display your content as needed to provide the services.
- For example, if you upload music to Virality Music or a course to CrownThriveU, you permit us to store it, stream it to users, and showcase it on our platforms. This license is typically non-exclusive and for the duration that your content is on our platform or until you withdraw it, subject to any specific takedown procedures.
- Co-Created Content: If any content or intellectual property is developed collaboratively with CrownThrive’s team (for instance, CrownThrive’s designers helping create your logo, or our AI tools generating content based on your inputs, or a joint product developed in a partnership), then both you and CrownThrive may hold rights in that content. Such co-created materials are generally subject to a shared license: both parties can use the materials for agreed purposes.
- CrownThrive may, for instance, feature a jointly developed case study or a co-authored whitepaper in its portfolio. Conversely, you can use the deliverable in your business freely. Specific ownership splits or exclusive rights, if any, will be defined in a written agreement for that project. Absent a specific agreement, the default is that each party can use the co-created content, but neither can sell or license it to third parties for profit without mutual consent
- Platform Uploads & Promotional Use: Content or materials you upload to CrownThrive platforms (such as profile information, forum posts, product listings, etc.) are licensed to CrownThrive for operational and promotional use
- CrownThrive IP and Trademarks: All CrownThrive names, logos, platform designs, and toolkits (including the names of plans like “ThriveBoost”, imprint brand names like “Virality Music”, and technology names like “CHLOM”) are the exclusive intellectual property of CrownThrive, LLC.
- Participation in the ecosystem does not grant you any rights to use CrownThrive’s trademarks or proprietary software beyond what is necessary for your use of the services. You may not misrepresent yourself as an owner or creator of CrownThrive’s platforms.
- However, you are encouraged to state that you are a member, alum, or partner of CrownThrive as applicable, and to co-brand initiatives with CrownThrive’s written permission. Any misuse of CrownThrive’s IP (such as copying our websites, reselling our software without authorization, etc.) is strictly prohibited and grounds for termination.
5.2 Participation and Revenue-Sharing Agreements: Many CrownThrive programs involve revenue-sharing or commission arrangements to align incentives between CrownThrive and its participants. The following principles apply to these arrangements:
- Incubator Equity & Profit Share: As noted in Section 1, if you are part of an equity-based incubator agreement, CrownThrive will obtain the agreed equity stake in your company in exchange for providing its services. This means CrownThrive becomes a minority stakeholder entitled to its percentage of ownership interest – and by extension, that percentage of any profits, dividends, or sale proceeds of your company – as per the equity agreement.
- Equity agreements are formalized in separate contracts that detail the rights of each party (e.g., board observation rights, if any, or rights to information). CrownThrive does not interfere in day-to-day operations of your company beyond the advisory capacity; our equity interest is primarily to share in long-term success and ensure commitment. If your business succeeds and generates profit or attracts acquisition, CrownThrive’s ownership means it will receive its proportional share of returns.
- Conversely, CrownThrive shares the risk of failure (if the business fails, our equity becomes worthless, and we do not recoup the cost of services rendered). Equity participants are generally also subject to certain covenants (for example, not soliciting CrownThrive staff or protecting confidential information) to protect both parties’ interests.
- Platform Revenue Splits: For imprint platform users (artists, creators, sellers), CrownThrive uses a transparent revenue-sharing model to split the income generated by your content or products. The exact split can vary by platform and is defined in that platform’s terms. As a guiding principle, CrownThrive strives to ensure creators retain the majority of their earnings, with CrownThrive taking a service fee that is often lower than traditional industry norms
- Affiliate Commissions: If you participate in referral programs like Crown Affiliates or act as an Ambassador/Partner promoting CrownThrive, you will earn commissions as described in the program terms (e.g., a percentage of sales or a flat bounty for each referral). These earnings are also tracked and paid out through our system.
- Note that commissions are typically considered separate from other revenue shares – for example, if you both sell your own product on a CrownThrive platform and refer a new member, you might receive a product sale payout and a referral commission payout distinctly.
- Taxes on any earnings are your responsibility; CrownThrive may issue appropriate tax documents (like 1099 forms in the U.S.) if earnings exceed regulatory thresholds, and you must comply with any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
- No Guarantee of Income: While CrownThrive provides the environment and opportunities for monetization, it does not guarantee that any participant will earn revenue or profit from our ecosystem
- Payments and Financial Handling: CrownThrive will generally handle all customer payments, subscription billing, and license fee collections centrally for activities on its platforms. We then disburse the appropriate shares to participants. All financial transactions are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and using secure payment processors.
- Participants may be required to provide valid payment details (for subscription charges) and payout details (for receiving earnings). We maintain a Finance & Payments Policy that details how refunds, chargebacks, and payout disputes are resolved (available in the Help Center).
- Generally, if an end-customer obtains a refund or a chargeback for a service or content you provided, CrownThrive reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your future payout or equity (if such situation applies) to balance the funds.
5.3 Community Conduct and Compliance: By participating in any CrownThrive program or platform, you agree to uphold our standards of conduct and all applicable laws. This includes respecting other members’ rights and intellectual property, not engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities through our platforms, and complying with any disclosure requirements (for example, if you are an affiliate reviewer, you must disclose your relationship per FTC guidelines).
CrownThrive may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Community & Conduct Guidelines or that pose legal risk. In particular, misuse of the CHLOM licensing system (such as attempting to register content you don’t own) or circumvention of platform fees is considered a serious violation. We may terminate program access for breaches as described in Section 1 and enforce any legal remedies necessary to protect the ecosystem.
5.4 Termination and Post-Participation Rights: If your participation in an incubator program ends, or if you leave an imprint platform (voluntarily or due to termination), the following will generally apply:
(a) you retain ownership of your brand and content as before, but you must cease using CrownThrive’s proprietary tools and marks;
(b) any equity held by CrownThrive in your venture remains per the agreement (leaving a program does not undo an equity grant unless specifically negotiated);
(c) ongoing royalty or revenue-share obligations survive – meaning if your content is still generating revenue via licenses sold while on the platform, CrownThrive will continue to pay you or you will continue to pay CrownThrive, as applicable, under the original terms unless renegotiated or until the content is removed from circulation;
(d) confidentiality clauses and any non-disparagement clauses in your agreements survive. CrownThrive may offer ThriveAlumni status to incubator graduates, which grants continued access to certain resources or communities (governed by a separate Alumni Policy). Alumni and former participants are still bound by core terms of confidentiality, IP use, and compliance learned during participation.
6. Amendments and Governance
This Master Ecosystem Models Policy is a living document that may be updated as CrownThrive grows and evolves. CrownThrive reserves the right to modify or expand this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via official channels (e.g., email, account dashboard notifications, or announcements in the Help Center), and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued participation in the CrownThrive ecosystem after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to a significant change, you must notify CrownThrive and may be allowed to terminate your memberships or agreements as per the Program Exit policy.
All updates or amendments will maintain the spirit of transparency and fairness that CrownThrive upholds. In the event of any conflict between this Master Policy and a platform-specific addendum or individual contract, the specific terms of the addendum/contract will prevail for that context, while this Master Policy governs generally. This policy is enforced by CrownThrive’s leadership and legal team.
Any questions or concerns about its provisions can be directed to CrownThrive Legal at the contact provided above. Participants are encouraged to periodically review this policy (available publicly via the CrownThrive Help Center) to stay informed of their rights and obligations.
Together, by adhering to these guidelines, we ensure that CrownThrive’s hybrid incubator, imprint ventures, and cutting-edge frameworks like CHLOM continue to thrive in a way that is equitable, innovative, and compliant for all stakeholders.
