1. Platform Lifecycle Overview
The CrownThrive Ecosystem evolves regularly. Platforms may:
- Launch publicly or privately (beta or full rollout)
- Merge with another platform or be rebranded
- Be temporarily paused for internal updates
- Be permanently retired (“sunset”) for strategic or operational reasons
All lifecycle changes are governed by this policy and subject to ecosystem-wide terms.
2. Platform Launch Policy
When CrownThrive launches a new platform:
- Terms of Use and relevant Addenda are published or updated
- Users are notified via the website, support portal, or onboarding process
- The platform is added to the Legal Depot and Ecosystem Index
- Founding users may receive bonus perks, priority access, or credits
- Beta users are informed of feature limitations, bugs, and test-phase status
All users who access newly launched platforms are bound to the current CrownThrive Master Terms and Privacy Policy.
3. Platform Rebrand or Merge Policy
When platforms are merged, restructured, or rebranded:
- All active users are notified with a 14-day transition notice
- URLs, dashboards, and accounts may be redirected to the new platform
- Access credentials and billing details may carry over
- Terms and conditions from both platforms are honored unless replaced
- All branding, documentation, and user records are updated in the Legal Depot
Examples:
- “NFTCliques” merging into “Web3Cliques”
- “ThriveCafe” consolidating under the XENthrive or Luxperiences umbrella
4. Platform Sunset Policy
When a platform is officially retired:
- CrownThrive provides 30 days’ public notice of the shutdown
- Users receive direct notification via email or dashboard alerts
- A 60-day grace period is offered for data export, financial settlements, or final usage
- Subscription charges are paused or refunded based on usage and policy
- Legal protection remains for all terms active prior to sunset
After the sunset grace period:
- All platform access is disabled
- Backend services and files are archived for compliance
- Customer support remains available for legacy inquiries for an additional 60 days
5. Archived Platforms & Legacy Access
A list of sunset or archived platforms will be maintained in the Legal Depot with:
- Platform name and summary
- Final accessible URL (if applicable)
- Sunset date and legacy support end date
- Applicable terms or partner transitions
- Contact point for record export or compliance questions
Examples of retired platforms will include legacy URLs like:
- locticians.crownthrive.com/archive
- nftcliques.io (sunset July 2025)
- thrivecafe.app (merged with Luxperiences October 2025)
6. Data Retention & Export Rights
All users of retired or transitioning platforms have the right to:
- Request access to personal data, client records, or download reports
- Request account closure or deletion (in compliance with Section 5 – Privacy Policy)
- Export course content, affiliate logs, or platform performance data when available
- Submit support tickets related to financial or contractual matters
Legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting, fraud logs, payout history) may require data to be retained for up to 7 years post-sunset.
7. Sunset Impact on Partner Programs
Partners, instructors, or affiliates with placements on a sunset platform will:
- Be notified of how their revenue, data, and status will transition
- Retain access to ecosystem earnings, commission dashboards, and payout logs
- Be offered reassignment to other active platforms within CrownThrive when applicable
- Be eligible for platform migration bonuses or support (based on tier)
8. Terms Enforcement Post-Sunset
Even after a platform is retired:
- All previously accepted Terms, policies, and obligations remain enforceable
- User agreements, NDA clauses, and confidentiality terms continue to apply
- CrownThrive reserves the right to pursue claims related to abuse, misuse, or fraud even after the platform is sunset
