Platform Name: AdLuxe Network Version: v1.0 Effective Date: July 30, 2025 Governing Entity/Subdomain: CrownThrive, LLC / https://adluxe.crownthrive.com
1. Purpose
This addendum defines the legal, operational, and monetization terms for users of the AdLuxe Network — CrownThrive’s official advertising infrastructure for campaign deployment and monetized placements across the ecosystem.
2. Definitions
- Publisher: An approved partner who earns revenue by displaying AdLuxe-served ads.
- Advertiser: A party running promotional campaigns through AdLuxe tools or services.
- Slot Marketplace: The centralized dashboard where ad placements are purchased or scheduled.
- CPM, CPC, CPA: Billing models for campaigns (cost per mille, click, or acquisition).
3. Monetization Rules
3.1 Publisher Earnings:
- Publishers earn revenue from valid impressions, clicks, or actions.
- Real-time tracking is provided through the AdLuxe Partner Dashboard.
- Minimum payout: $50 USD, issued monthly.
3.2 Campaign Billing:
- Advertisers prepay for campaign credit or fund media buys directly.
- Refunds are available only for undelivered impressions due to platform-side errors.
3.3 Revenue Share Structure:
- Standard Split: 70% Publisher / 30% AdLuxe Network (CrownThrive).
- Fairness Justification: This split mirrors industry norms across programmatic networks (e.g., Google AdSense pays publishers ~68%). The 70/30 structure ensures AdLuxe can maintain fraud protection, analytics tools, support staff, and platform improvements while maximizing earnings for independent publishers, creators, and niche site owners.
- Custom rates may be negotiated for high-volume partners or premium inventory.
4. Platform Conduct
4.1 Publisher Rules:
- Publisher sites may not include hate speech, adult content, deceptive UX, or illegal material.
- Ad units must remain intact and unaltered; auto-refreshing, cloaking, or incentivized clicks are prohibited.
4.2 Advertiser Guidelines:
- Ads must be honest, safe, and clearly labeled.
- Political and medical ads require additional approval.
4.3 Anti-Fraud Enforcement:
- All traffic is monitored.
- Fraudulent activity (e.g., click bots, spoofing) results in account termination and frozen earnings.
5. IP & Content Rights
- Advertisers retain full IP ownership of creative materials.
- Publishers grant a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to AdLuxe Network for ad serving purposes.
- Aggregate performance data may be used by CrownThrive for optimization and case studies (anonymized).
6. Access & Suspension
- All accounts require vetting and approval by the AdLuxe team.
- CrownThrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
7. Disclaimers
- No guarantee is made regarding ad revenue, click-through rates, or conversion volume.
- Publishers are responsible for their own cookie disclosures and data consent compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
8. Dispute & Escalation
- Campaign disputes or earnings challenges must be filed within 30 days of transaction.
- Appeals are reviewed by the CrownThrive Compliance Team and resolved within 10 business days.
