1. Purpose
This addendum supplements CrownThrive’s Master Terms by defining platform-specific policies for CrownLytics—including data privacy, usage tracking, acceptable behavior, and support escalation protocols.
2. Definitions
- Analyst / Customer: Any individual or organization accessing CrownLytics dashboards.
- Recording: A session replay or heatmap stored and processed by the platform.
- Goal / Event: A tracked user action or conversion event defined within CrownLytics.
- Violation: Any misuse of platform resources, data, or policy requirements.
3. Data Privacy & Retention
- CrownLytics complies with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR, ensuring user data is anonymized and not personally identifiable.
- Default retention periods: 1 year for visitor events, and 1 year for video replays. Enterprise plans extend retention up to 10 years.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
- CrownThrive and its licensors retain ownership of CrownLytics’ software, data models, branding, and dashboards.
- Customers retain rights to their own website analytics data and usage configurations.
- Aggregate, anonymized analytics may be leveraged by CrownThrive for platform optimization and marketing.

- Access requires verified email credentials; sharing or misuse may lead to termination.

7. Liability Disclaimers
- CrownLytics is provided “as-is” without warranties.
- CrownThrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from analytics use.
- Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 6 months unless prohibited by applicable law.
