1. Purpose

To define Kamora360-specific user terms, operational rules, payment obligations, privacy constraints, and AUP governance within the broader CrownThrive Master Terms framework.

2. Definitions

  • User: Anybody accessing or interacting with Kamora360.
  • Account Holder: Registered individuals providing accurate information during sign-up.
  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): Standards for permitted behaviors, content, and service interaction.

3. Permitted Use & AUP

  • Users receive a non‑exclusive, revocable license to use services in compliance with platform rules.
  • Users must not:
    • Violate laws, distribute malware or unauthorized code.
    • Impersonate others or access unauthorized areas.
    • Upload harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content.

4. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must be 18+ or of legal age in jurisdiction.
  • Accurate, up‑to‑date registration info is required; account credentials must be kept secure.

5. Payment & Refund Terms
