- The Status Page provides live monitoring of CrownThrive services with visible indicators for current uptime, throughput, and performance status.
- Incident alerts include timelines, root causes, and estimated resolution windows.
- Notifications are automatically published via the status portal.
4. Maintenance Schedule & Notifications
- Scheduled maintenance events are publicly listed in advance, detailing affected services, timing, and expected impact.
- Maintenance windows aim to minimize user disruption and are communicated through the status portal.
