Platform-Specific Addenda (Master Policy)

1. Purpose and Scope

This master addendum outlines the legal relationship between CrownThrive, LLC and users or partners across all its platform properties. It ensures platform-specific operations comply with the overarching Terms of Use and CrownThrive's legal obligations, regardless of vertical, brand, or industry served.

All platform users are bound to this policy as part of the Master Terms of Use. Specific platform policies may supplement—but not override—these master provisions.

2. Covered Platforms

The following categories of platforms are covered under this master addendum:

  • Education & Training: ThriveU, CrownThriveU, ThrivePeer
  • Directory & Booking: ThriveSeat, Locticians Directory
  • Advertising & Monetization: AdLuxe Network, CrownRewards
  • Analytics & Automation: CrownLytics, ThrivePush, ThriveTools
  • Web3 & Community Discovery: NFTCliques, ChainCliques, FindCliques, Web3Cliques
  • AI & Content Systems: NeuralCraft, Sermon Toolkit
  • Product-Based Brands: XENthrive, Melanin Magic, Good Shit Only (GSO), Get Kinetic
  • Incubators & Funding: CrownThrive Incubator, ThriveVenture, ThriveElevate
  • Wellness & Experience Platforms: ThriveCafe, Luxperiences, Event/Marketplace Solutions

Additional platforms, domains, or brands introduced in the future will automatically fall under the terms of this master addendum unless explicitly excluded.

3. Universal Legal Terms for All Platforms

Unless otherwise stated in a specific addendum, the following terms apply to all platforms within the CrownThrive ecosystem:

  • User Obligations: Users must comply with all technical, ethical, and legal standards outlined in our Terms of Use and applicable law.
  • Platform Access: Access may vary based on plan tier, active subscription, onboarding status, or role (e.g., instructor, advertiser, developer, etc.).
  • Monetization & Revenue Sharing: Where applicable, revenue-sharing terms will be outlined during onboarding and governed by specific platform agreements.
  • Data Usage & Ownership: CrownThrive retains system-level analytics, performance, and behavior tracking rights to optimize service and enforce policies.
  • Content Guidelines: Platforms with user-generated content (UGC) must adhere to brand and ethical guidelines to prevent abusive or illegal use.
  • AI & Automation Tools: AI-generated content and automation systems are offered “as-is” and subject to usage boundaries outlined in each tool’s UI and documentation.
  • Dispute Resolution: Platform-specific disputes will be escalated first through internal support channels, followed by mediation per our legal terms.

4. Platform Launches, Mergers, and Sunset Procedures

  • Platform Launch: New platforms are announced via the CrownThrive Blog and integrated into the ecosystem under this master policy by default.
  • Brand Mergers: When platforms merge or are rebranded, users will be notified via platform dashboard and/or email. All original terms remain enforceable until updated.
  • Platform Sunset: When retiring a platform, CrownThrive provides 30-day advance notice and allows 60 days for account data export. Sunset platforms remain legally governed by this policy during wind-down.

5. Addendum Hierarchy & Integration

This master policy is the root legal reference for all CrownThrive platforms. Platform-specific addenda provide clarifying terms without negating the authority of the master Terms of Use.

When conflicting language exists, the following legal hierarchy applies:

  1. CrownThrive Terms of Use (Master)
  2. This Master Platform Addendum
  3. Platform-Specific Addendum
  4. Signed Contracts, NDAs, or Partner Agreements
  5. UI Terms and Notices

6. Updates and Future Compatibility

This master policy may be revised to accommodate:

  • Platform launches or closures
  • Legal or regulatory changes (e.g., AI, privacy, crypto)
  • Integration of new industries or monetization models
  • User role expansion (mentors, publishers, franchisees, investors)

Users will be notified through CrownThrive's Legal Depot, support platform, or platform dashboards. Continued use signifies acceptance of all updates.
