1. Purpose

This addendum extends CrownThrive’s Master Terms by outlining platform-specific policies for XENthrive‑branded product ordering, retial and wholesale access, subscription usage, behavior standards, and IP guidelines.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: Anyone purchasing or subscribing via XENthrive.
  • Wholesale Partner: Verified businesses ordering in bulk under special terms.
  • Product Content: Marketing materials, packaging, and brand assets published on the platform.
  • Violation: Any breach of this Addendum or CrownThrive’s core policies.

3. Account & Access

  • All users must register with accurate billing and tax details.
  • Business wholesale accounts require proof of business status or reseller ID.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Automated scraping of product recipes, pricing, or wholesale catalogs is prohibited.
  • Misuse of affiliate or promotional codes, misleading reviews, or unauthorized reselling may result in removal.

5. Orders, Payments & Refunds

  • Payments processed via checkout or webhook integration.
  • Refunds accepted only in accordance with the CrownThrive global Refund Policy, unless otherwise specified.
  • Subscription services auto-renew; cancellation notices must be submitted at least 7 days before renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

  • XENthrive and CrownThrive retain all rights to product IP, branding, packaging designs, and media assets.
  • Users are prohibited from copying, replicating, or distributing product assets without explicit permission.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • All product descriptions and health claims are informational only and not medical advice.
  • CrownThrive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from product use or fulfillment issues.

8. Access Suspension & Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraudulent behavior, IP violations, or policy breaches.
  • Such actions may be taken without prior notice and without refund.
