Overview
This rollout supports Zone 2: MM Suites Activation + Franchise Pilot (Ground Command) — focused on activating the first pilot location in Gretna, VA. This document outlines the retail-ready, scan-to-track ecosystem using CrownRewards, ThriveSeat, and CrownThrive.io QR logic to capture loyalty behavior, appointment flows, and product interactions.
CHLOM is not yet live. QR codes are created manually via CrownThrive.io but once generated, they are fully automated, traced, and tracked by our internal backend with no ongoing manual work required. All behavior is monitored through our secure tracking systems for performance, attribution, and visibility. These flows will eventually transition to API-based logic and CHLOM smart enforcement in later phases.
Mirror QR flows, shelf cards, and zone signage serve as the foundation for licensed attribution and Suite Pro earning visibility. All components reflect the live functionality of the CrownThrive stack in this phase — with a clear path to scalable automation.
🪞 Mirror QR Flows (CrownRewards + ThriveSeat Embedded)
Purpose: Convert mirrors into customer engagement tools. QR codes drive rewards, service visibility, Suite Pro commissions, and platform access.
Placement: On or near vanity mirrors within each Suite. Should appear intentional and branded.
Design Elements:
- Large QR code (corner or center-right)
- CrownRewards + ThriveSeat logos
- Optional: Suite Pro name/avatar
- Visual: CrownThrive.io tracker tag or short animation

Post-Scan Behavior (Live Flow):
- Detect Suite location (manually embedded in QR URL)
- Log internal CrownThrive.io referral + Suite Pro ID

🪟 Product Shelf Cards (Reward Attribution + Suite Pro Commission)
Purpose: Every product must link to a QR that supports:
- CrownRewards point redemption
- Suite Pro attribution (tracked via QR link IDs)
- Franchise revenue tracking (automated through CrownThrive.io backend)
Types:
- Static Shelf Cards (long-term display)
- Rotating Creator Spotlights (highlighted inventory)
Design Includes:
- Product name + short brand message
- Large QR code (with call to scan)
- “Earn CrownRewards” badge
- Suite Pro tie-in ("Your stylist earns when you shop")
- Color-coded categories (e.g., candles, soap, skincare, supplements)
Sample Copy: "🔥 You Smell That? That’s What Royalty Burns." "Scan to earn rewards, support your stylist, and shop again later."
Post-Scan Flow:
- Logs product + Suite Pro attribution to internal CrownThrive.io system
- Lets user:

🏷️ Retail Zone Signage (Franchise Pilot Messaging)
Purpose: Guide traffic, onboard customers to CrownRewards, and explain the unique economics of the MM Suites model — without overwhelming detail.
Required Zones:
- CrownRewards Wall (sign-up + scanner)
- Product Bar / Retail Rack
- Local Creator Shelf
- Suite Pro Chair Zone
- Booking Corner (via ThriveSeat tablet)
Messaging Style: Direct, on-brand, culturally intelligent. Should feel modern, humorous, and high-value.

CrownRewards Wall: "Your Crown Comes With Perks." "Get points every time you buy, book, or bless someone else."

We will now move into defining the final QR format specification — deciding between dynamic URLs vs smart redirect layers through CrownThrive.io.

- QR usage policies and onboarding rules for all Suite Pros
CHLOM logic will be introduced in a later enforcement phase — all flows above are powered by CrownThrive.io and usable now for the Gretna pilot.
