How to Join and Navigate ThriveGather (For Members)

1. Creating Your ThriveGather Account

  • Visit CrownThrive (https://crownthrive.com)
  • Click Join Now or the designated membership sign-up CTA.
  • Select your membership tier (Community, Pro, or VIP/Legacy). Sponsors will be onboarded separately through our white-glove process.
  • Complete your profile with name, email, headshot/logo, and select your home region (NA, EU, AF, ASIA, CARIB, LATAM, OCEANIA).

2. Navigating Workspaces

Once you’re inside, you’ll see the seven main workspaces:

Each workspace is structured with:

  • Regional Auditoriums (large events, up to 602 seats)
  • Public Rooms (open to all members)
  • Member Rooms (Community, Pro, VIP access tiers)
  • VIP Lounges (exclusive to VIP/Legacy members)
  • Sponsored Booths & Stages (activated by brand partners)

3. Room Navigation Basics

  • Use the Lobby/Orientation Rooms in each workspace to get familiar.
  • Click a seat in a room to join—this activates your mic/camera based on permissions.
  • Check the top navigation bar for: Room Chat, Attendees, Spaces, Communities.
  • Switch between This Room and All Rooms views to move across sessions quickly.
  • Use the circle cams for networking, and the mic toggle to join discussions.

4. Tips for Smooth Participation

  • Always test your mic and camera before joining a session.
  • Check event start times in your local timezone (ThriveGather auto-detects region).
  • Save links to your favorite rooms (Pro/Member or VIP) for fast re-entry.
  • Use the Join Notifications toggle to never miss scheduled sessions.
