Moderator/Host Playbook (For Internal Staff)

1. Pre-Session Setup

  • Confirm event details in portal.crownthrive.com.
  • Test microphone, camera, and screen share settings.
  • Verify branding elements (logos, backgrounds, CTAs).
  • Ensure recording is enabled if required.

2. Live Session Duties

  • Admit members based on tier priority (VIP > Pro > Community).
  • Monitor chat for inappropriate language (activate Bad Words Filter).
  • Assist speakers with screen sharing and spotlighting.
  • Manage breakout rooms: assign, monitor, and close as scheduled.

3. Post-Session Wrap-Up

  • Save and archive recordings.
  • Collect attendance data and engagement metrics.
  • Provide follow-up links to event organizers.
  • Report any technical issues to the CrownThrive Ops team.
