- Test microphone, camera, and screen share settings.
- Verify branding elements (logos, backgrounds, CTAs).
- Ensure recording is enabled if required.
2. Live Session Duties
- Admit members based on tier priority (VIP > Pro > Community).
- Monitor chat for inappropriate language (activate Bad Words Filter).
- Assist speakers with screen sharing and spotlighting.
- Manage breakout rooms: assign, monitor, and close as scheduled.
3. Post-Session Wrap-Up
- Save and archive recordings.
- Collect attendance data and engagement metrics.
- Provide follow-up links to event organizers.
- Report any technical issues to the CrownThrive Ops team.
