1. Overview of Recordings

Recordings are essential for:

  • Members who cannot attend live sessions.

Powered by GoBrunch’s built-in recording functionality, ThriveGather integrates recording access directly with membership levels and sponsorship contracts.

2. Membership Access Rules

Community Members

  • Limited access: may view selected recordings from Public Events.
  • No storage privileges or downloads.
  • Recordings available for 7 days in lobby archives.

Pro Members

  • Access to recordings of regional Classrooms (38 seats) and Pro Workshops (25 seats).
  • Can replay training sessions and public events for up to 30 days.
  • No direct download; streaming only.

VIP/Legacy Members

  • Full access to recordings across Public, Member, and VIP spaces.
  • Archive window: 90 days, with concierge retrieval option.
  • May request private access links for closed-door summits.

Sponsors

  • Receive white-labeled recordings with sponsor branding.
  • Delivered in MP4 format within 5 business days post-event.
  • Includes attendee data overlays if contracted.

3. How to Record as a Host

Step 1: Enable Recording

  • From the host toolbar, select Record Session.
  • Verify audio and video feeds are active.

Step 2: Manage During Event

  • Announce to attendees that the session is being recorded.
  • Pause or stop recordings as needed.
  • Moderators can run multiple recordings in parallel breakouts.

Step 3: Saving & Archiving
