1. Sponsor Intake

  • Collect assets (logos, videos, PDFs) via

  • Schedule rehearsal with sponsor team 3–5 days before event.

2. Room Setup

  • Configure Sponsored Booths (3–7 seats) or Stages (120+ seats).
  • Apply branding: background, seat labels, chat banners.
  • Embed sponsor CTAs and lead forms.

3. Live Support

  • Assign a dedicated moderator to manage the room.
  • Monitor sponsor branding integrity during event.
  • Ensure engagement metrics are tracked.

4. Post-Event

  • Deliver sponsor analytics: attendance, leads, impressions.
  • Provide recordings if included in package.
  • Gather sponsor feedback for continuous improvement.
