1. Purpose

This policy establishes the official governance, operation, and AI guardrails for the CrownThrive Support Center, a semi-private, NDA-gated environment that centralizes partner collaboration, compliance, and knowledge management. The policy ensures ThriveBot AI (GPT-5) operates as a secure, compliant, and context-aware support agent for all verified Collab Portal users.

2. Scope

Applies to all CrownThrive subsidiaries, brands, and partners accessing the Support Center through the Collab Portal. This includes, but is not limited to: CrownThrive HQ, Collab Portal, ThriveAlumni, CHLOM, AdLuxe Network, Melanin Magic Suites, XENthrive, and all related brands under the CrownThrive ecosystem.

3. Access Control & Security

• Restricted Access: Only users with signed NDAs stored in the Collab Portal may access the Support Center.
• Identity Verification: Each user session is tied to a verified partner ID with timestamped audit logs.
• Tiered Permissions: Access levels (Partner, Affiliate, Executive, Developer, Founder) determine visibility and document access.
• Zero Public Entry: No public access to any internal system, guide, or AI interface without prior NDA execution.

4. ThriveBot AI Operational Model

• Model: GPT-5, integrated under ThriveBot AI architecture.
• Role: Acts as first-line triage, compliance enforcer, and knowledge retrieval system.
• Data Source: Reads from structured knowledge silos including Legal Depot, Governance Policies, CHLOM docs, Ecosystem profiles, and internal SOPs.
• Data Privacy: ThriveBot AI operates in isolation. It does not transmit or learn from external datasets or users outside the CrownThrive domain.
• Data Retention: All queries are recorded, hashed, and stored with their associated NDA ID for legal auditability.

5. AI Guardrails & Enforcement

1. NDA Enforcement: ThriveBot verifies NDA validity before providing any restricted information.
2. Role-Aware Responses: AI adjusts output based on user tier and permissions.
3. Data Segmentation: Legal, operational, and creative datasets are stored in isolated silos.
4. Redaction Rules: ThriveBot automatically redacts trade secrets, private keys, unpublished code, or internal financial details.
5. Policy Awareness: ThriveBot dynamically references this governance policy before responding to ensure alignment.
6. Escalation Protocol: When questions exceed AI authorization (e.g., legal advice, founder-only access), ThriveBot routes to human oversight.
7. Audit Trails: Every action is logged, timestamped, and signed to immutable storage under the user’s NDA record.
8. Data Sanitization: No PII or restricted content may be used for training, testing, or external model improvement.

6. Information Architecture

• Legal Depot: Central repository for Terms, Addenda, Privacy, and Compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge Base: Includes playbooks, brand guides, SOPs, and partner onboarding materials.
• CHLOM Integration: Live data references for governance, licensing, and compliance automation.
• Support Policies: Tier-based SLA enforcement (Creator, Partner, Suite, Enterprise).
• Escalation Logs: Every unresolved query is tracked to ensure SLA completion and partner accountability.

7. Compliance & Risk Controls

• Data Residency: All support data remains within CrownThrive-controlled environments.
• Legal Oversight: ThriveBot operations are bound by CHLOM Compliance and DLA (Decentralized Licensing Authority).
• Regulatory Alignment: Follows GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, ISO 27001, and AI Act compliance frameworks.
• Incident Response: All detected data violations or unauthorized access attempts trigger immediate access lockdown and founder review.

8. Continuous Improvement & Audit

• Quarterly audits on data use, AI accuracy, and compliance adherence.
• Annual review of ThriveBot prompts, redaction layers, and policy adaptation to ecosystem updates.
• Periodic training for human operators on CHLOM and NDA-driven AI governance.

9. Classification & Protection

This document and the systems it governs are CrownThrive proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, disclosure, or distribution constitutes a violation of NDA and trade secret law.

10. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access, NDA enforcement action, and potential legal proceedings. ThriveBot AI is explicitly programmed to flag and report potential breaches to the Founders via automated alerts.

11. AI Instruction Binding

ThriveBot AI is to:

• Operate only within the CrownThrive secured environment.
• Obey this policy and all subsequent amendments.
• Refuse to disclose, summarize, or infer proprietary data to any external or unauthorized user.
• Automatically lock access and notify administrators when encountering unauthorized or ambiguous requests.
