Effective Date: July 25, 2025 Applies To: All instructors, guest speakers, curriculum developers, and contributing educators using the CrownThriveU or ThriveU learning platforms Governing Entity: CrownThrive, LLC Location: Gretna, Virginia Contact: [email protected]

1. Contributor Content Responsibility

Instructors and content contributors are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their materials are accurate, ethical, and up-to-date
  • Avoiding false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims (especially around income, health, or legal guidance)
  • Respecting intellectual property laws and proper citation practices
  • Providing curriculum suitable for professional, entrepreneurial, or educational audiences

CrownThrive reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these expectations.

2. Independent Contractor Status

All instructors and contributors are considered independent contractors, not employees of CrownThrive, LLC. As such:

  • CrownThrive is not responsible for contributor taxes or employment benefits
  • Contributors are free to create and teach elsewhere unless restricted by a non-compete clause
  • Each party retains discretion in whether to continue the publishing relationship

Contributor agreements may be terminated at will by either party with reasonable notice.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Unless otherwise stated in a separate contract:

  • Instructors retain full ownership of their original educational content
  • By publishing on CrownThriveU, instructors grant CrownThrive a non-exclusive license to host, promote, sell, bundle, or distribute their materials within the ecosystem
  • CrownThrive may use names, likenesses, and bios for platform promotion and creator recognition unless opt-out is requested

Exclusive licensing arrangements may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Earnings & Revenue Share

Standard revenue share terms (unless overridden by contract):

  • 70% to the instructor
  • 30% to CrownThrive

Earnings are based on actual net revenue generated from course sales, bundles, or platform-specific earnings. Instructors are responsible for maintaining an active payout method and submitting tax documents where required.

5. AI-Generated Content Use

If instructors choose to enhance their materials with AI (e.g., via NeuralCraft), they remain responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-assisted content for accuracy
  • Disclosing to students when content is AI-enhanced
  • Ensuring any AI-generated segments align with CrownThrive’s quality and ethics standards

CrownThrive provides AI tools as optional enhancers—not replacements for qualified instruction.

6. Student Conduct and Boundaries

Instructors are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with students
  • Avoid relationships that create a conflict of interest or ethical concern
  • Refer unresolved behavioral issues to platform moderators

CrownThrive does not tolerate abuse of authority or exploitation in any instructional setting.

7. No Guarantee of Earnings or Student Enrollment

While CrownThriveU offers exposure, visibility, and promotional opportunities:

  • CrownThrive does not guarantee student sign-ups, views, or engagement
  • Course performance may vary by topic, timing, marketing effort, and platform trends

Instructors are encouraged to promote their own materials through affiliate links or content marketing support tools provided.
