1. Billing Terms: Digital, Physical & Web3

CrownThrive bills users for a variety of product types including:

  • Subscription tiers (e.g., ThriveLaunch, ThriveBoost)
  • Physical goods (e.g., Melanin Magic, ThriveSip, ThriveWick, ThriveThreads)
  • NFT-based access products (e.g., lifetime memberships, gated communities)
  • CrownRewards & affiliate-based digital offerings
  • Partner listings or promotional packages
  • AI and automation tools via ThriveTools, NeuralCraft™, or CHLOM™

Charges may be recurring or one-time, depending on the service or item.

2. Subscription & Membership Renewal

Subscription services auto-renew by default unless:

  • Cancelled by the user through the dashboard
  • Modified in writing at least 48 hours before the billing cycle resets
  • Inactive or suspended due to failed payments or account violations

You are responsible for monitoring renewal dates and managing your billing settings.

3. Refund Policy – Digital Services

CrownThrive does not offer refunds for:

  • Access to digital tools, AI features, or memberships once login or access has occurred
  • Listing upgrades, coaching sessions, or strategic consulting
  • Downloads or toolkits (e.g., legal templates, business frameworks)

Refunds are only granted in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Non-delivery of service due to internal error (with verified support ticket)
  • Fraudulent charges confirmed via identity verification

4. Refund Policy – Physical Products

For physical goods (e.g., skincare, teas, candles, merch):

  • All sales are final unless damaged or defective on arrival
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof
  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to health & safety

Shipping delays from carriers or customs are not grounds for refund.

5. Refund Policy – NFT / Token-Based Access

All NFT or crypto-based access purchases are:

  • Non-refundable and final due to blockchain transaction immutability
  • Purchased via third-party wallets (e.g., Venly, MetaMask) and are not reversible
  • Subject to volatility and pricing changes

CrownThrive does not offer buyback programs, liquidity guarantees, or token swap protections.

6. Affiliate, Referral, and Ecosystem Partner Sales

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • Affiliate-referred purchases
  • Partner product or service offerings hosted through CrownThrive (e.g., via ThriveSeat, Locticians Directory)
  • External brand items offered through our marketplace, unless otherwise disclosed

Refunds for affiliate or partner products must be requested through the partner's policies unless CrownThrive is the merchant of record.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your account
  • Loss of digital goods or memberships
  • Blacklisting from all CrownThrive ecosystem platforms
  • Legal or collections action for damages and recovery

We resolve disputes fairly and promptly through our support team.

8. Crypto & Token Payments

Where accepted, payments made via crypto:

  • Are non-refundable under any circumstance
  • Are considered complete once verified on-chain
  • May involve gas fees or exchange rate changes, which are the user’s responsibility
  • Cannot be disputed through traditional financial institutions

Always double-check wallet addresses, amounts, and compatibility before submitting.

9. Pricing Policy & Promotions

Prices may be adjusted based on:

  • Market demand
  • Resource access
  • Ecosystem expansions
  • Exclusive partner pricing or loyalty tiers

Promotions, discounts, and affiliate offers are valid only during their specified time frames. CrownThrive reserves the right to refuse coupon stacking or misuse.

10. International Users & Currency

All prices are listed in USD. International customers:

  • Are responsible for currency conversion fees
  • Must pay applicable VAT or import taxes where required
  • Agree that all physical goods are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid)
