1. Purpose & Scope
This Member Code of Ethics & Conduct (“Code”) applies to all registered ThriveAlumni members, regardless of role or status. It outlines behavioral expectations, ethical commitments, professional conduct, and the standards required to maintain good standing within the ThriveAlumni community.
This Code is enforceable and integrated into all platform terms, including participation in leadership, campaigns, events, and access to collaborative or financial resources.
2. Core Values & Ethical Standards
2.1 Integrity
Members are expected to act truthfully, transparently, and with consistency in both communication and action. Misrepresentation or intentional deception will result in disciplinary action.
2.2 Respect
All interactions—whether with members, staff, or external partners—must reflect a posture of mutual respect, regardless of rank, belief, identity, or role.
2.3 Accountability
Members are responsible for their actions and their impact on the community. Leadership and public-facing roles must demonstrate heightened accountability.
2.4 Stewardship
As a member of an impact-driven ecosystem, members must act in alignment with the mission of CrownThrive and treat their access, influence, and resources with care.
2.5 Confidentiality
Sensitive information shared during committee meetings, private discussions, or platform processes must not be disclosed without explicit permission.
3. Behavioral Expectations
3.1 Required Conduct
Members must:
- Uphold platform terms and governance policies
- Participate in votes, updates, and feedback requests when applicable
- Treat all members and partners with dignity
- Disclose any known conflicts of interest
- Represent CrownThrive and ThriveAlumni responsibly in external forums
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
Strictly prohibited behaviors include:
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
- Fraud, forgery, or submission of false documents
- Abuse of access privileges, including internal data or nomination systems
- Election manipulation or bribery
- Sabotage, smear campaigns, or undermining other members
4. Public Representation
- Members speaking on behalf of ThriveAlumni must be pre-approved by the Board or Executive Committee.
- Personal opinions shared on public platforms must not be misrepresented as official CrownThrive policy unless authorized.
- Media inquiries must be routed through the appropriate committee lead or the Founders.
5. Reporting Violations
- Reports may be submitted confidentially through the Collab Portal or by email to
- Anonymous reports are accepted but must include verifiable facts.
- All violations will undergo internal review by the Executive Committee and/or Governance Officers.
- Reports involving leadership will be reviewed at the Board level or by the Founders.
6. Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, disciplinary actions may include:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Temporary suspension of platform privileges
- Revocation of leadership roles
- Permanent ban from ThriveAlumni and all CrownThrive platforms
- Legal action if applicable (fraud, defamation, cyber threats, etc.)
All decisions are final once reviewed by the appropriate governance body.
7. Appeals Process
- Members may submit a written appeal within 7 business days of disciplinary notification.
- Appeals will be reviewed by the Board or designated Appeals Committee.
- Founders retain final authority on all high-level disciplinary decisions.
8. Acknowledgment & Compliance
- All members must digitally acknowledge this Code of Ethics upon registration or renewal.
- Continued use of ThriveAlumni services constitutes agreement to this policy.
- Leadership candidates must affirm this Code before nomination submission.
9. Updates to this Policy
- CrownThrive reserves the right to revise this Code at any time.
- Policy changes will be communicated via dashboard announcements and email.
