Public Statements, Platform Representation & Brand Voice Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2025 Applies To: All CrownThrive affiliates, alumni, moderators, staff, mentors, advisors, instructors, brand ambassadors, platform partners, and governance members.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures that all public statements, posts, media appearances, and online commentary maintain brand consistency, protect CrownThrive’s legal and cultural integrity, and reduce reputational risk.

2. Covered Channels

The following channels fall under this policy:

  • Social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
  • YouTube, podcasts, livestreams, panels, or interviews
  • Public blog posts, Medium articles, Quora/Reddit threads
  • Comments in forums, Discord, Telegram, or group chats
  • Public speaking engagements, summits, meetups, and webinars
  • Published quotes or features in press/media

3. Authorized Representatives

Only the following individuals are authorized to speak on behalf of CrownThrive or any official platform brand:

  • Founders or Executive Leadership
  • Official Press Officers or PR Representatives
  • Committee Chairs or Board Members (in governance capacity)
  • Platform-specific leads with written delegation of authority

If you are unsure whether you are authorized, you must receive express approval prior to making any public representation.

4. Brand Voice & Messaging Requirements

When speaking about CrownThrive or its brands:

  • Be accurate. Avoid speculation or unofficial claims.
  • Stay on-message. Represent the ecosystem’s values: empowerment, justice, innovation, and sustainable impact.
  • No leaks or confidential info. Internal updates, policies under review, pending product rollouts, or sensitive cases must never be disclosed prematurely.
  • Use correct naming. Refer to platforms using proper names (e.g., CrownThriveU, ThriveSeat, CHLOM™, etc.).
  • Tag responsibly. Only tag official accounts, verified handles, or pages related to your content.

5. Media & Interview Protocols

If invited to participate in media, interviews, panels, or PR-related appearances:

  • Notify the Public Relations Lead or Brand Director 5 days in advance
  • Submit a summary of what you’ll say and whether it references CrownThrive directly
  • Do not distribute or sign external press releases without approval
  • You must disclose any media that will be used for monetization or affiliate representation

Failure to do so may result in revocation of partnership status or IP licensing rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use CrownThrive brand names to slander, insult, or attack others
  • Publicly criticize other members, creators, or internal leaders without going through formal resolution procedures
  • Leak screenshots, documents, or governance files without authorization
  • Use your title or designation to misrepresent your role or inflate authority
  • Publish unverified statements as “official CrownThrive positions”

This includes subtweeting, shade-posting, veiled threats, or calling out individuals without facts and permission.

7. Disclaimers Required

If you are a member or contributor sharing your own opinion online and referencing CrownThrive or any platform, you must include:

“The views expressed are my own and do not represent the official views of CrownThrive™ or its affiliated platforms.”

This applies to educational content, reviews, political commentary, and sponsored media.

8. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent loss of ambassador or committee privileges
  • Removal from public-facing directories or speaker listings
  • Takedown notices, public clarifications, or legal review
  • Termination of affiliate earnings or IP access
  • Public disavowal from the ecosystem, if deemed harmful or fraudulent

Repeat or egregious violations may trigger arbitration under the Governance Conflict Resolution Policy.
