1. Definition of User-Generated Content (UGC)
UGC includes all original work submitted or created by users, such as:
- Articles, comments, and community posts
- Videos, podcasts, livestreams
- Product listings, event promotions
- Chatbot or AI prompt training datasets
- Course materials, mentorship insights
- Art, images, music, or audio
- Submissions for contests, grants, campaigns, or ThriveFund
2. Ownership & Licensing of Submitted Content
You retain full copyright of content you create, unless:
- The content is created on behalf of CrownThrive (e.g., paid commissions, collaborations)
- The content is part of a contract, grant, or compensation program with transfer clauses
- The content was created using CrownThrive tools under a shared use or co-creation agreement
By posting or submitting UGC, you grant CrownThrive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, promote, modify, store, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your content across platforms, marketing, training, or other usage contexts — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Creator Recognition & Attribution
Whenever feasible, CrownThrive will provide attribution for UGC to maintain creator visibility. Attribution may include your display name, profile, brand link, or official handle unless anonymity is requested.
4. Use of Platform Tools & AI Co-Creation
If you use our proprietary tools (e.g., NeuralCraft AI, ThriveFlipbooks, CrownThriveU Course Builders), content generated may be jointly owned or fall under a platform-assisted creation license.
CrownThrive reserves the right to:
- Showcase your content as an example of platform use
- Include content in system-wide archives, training sets, or feature demos
- Audit material for terms of service violations, harmful content, or policy breaches
5. Infringement & DMCA
We do not tolerate copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others’ intellectual property. If you believe content has been posted in violation of your rights, submit a DMCA notice to [email protected].
Violations may result in:
- Immediate content takedown
- Suspension of the user’s account
- Legal action or reporting to appropriate authorities
6. Grant-Back Clause for Funded Contributions
If you received funding through ThriveFund, grants, or internal R&D projects, all materials created under those initiatives are subject to CrownThrive’s irrevocable grant-back license, allowing:
- Full use of the work for commercial or non-commercial purposes
- Modification, bundling, or translation
- Use in investor presentations, community reports, and public portfolios

- Hate speech, harassment, abuse, or targeted defamation
- Plagiarism, impersonation, or unauthorized reuploads
- Pornographic or exploitative material
- Unapproved affiliate links or external monetization attempts
- Malware, scams, or AI prompt injections that harm integrity
