- Artist / Creator: Individuals submitting artwork for wearable product design (e.g., fabrics, apparel, accessories).
- Collector / Customer: Anyone ordering wearable art products via Le Galeriste storefront.
- Wearable Art License: Permission granted by artist to produce wearable items using submitted art.
3. Artist Submissions & Licensing
- Artists must submit original artwork and guarantee no infringement.
- By uploading, they grant CrownThrive and Le Galeriste a license to produce, distribute, and promote wearable items.
- Copyright remains with the artist; rights for derivative commercial use are granted royalty‑free within the partnership.
4. Product Creation & Sales
- Orders are made to‑order; no minimums ensure reduced waste and printed‑on‑demand fulfillment.
- Quality and sizing are confirmed via approved product samples; each item is backed by a certificate of authenticity.
5. Sustainability & Impact Pledges
- Artful Mane Wearable Art includes an environmental commitment—typically one tree planted per purchase—with impact validated through integrated systems.
- Impact claims must not be overstated or misrepresented.
6. Acceptable Use & Behavior
- Cart misuse, spam uploads, or bot generated entries to the design portal are strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized resale, copying of design mockups, or malfunction of store front controls triggers policy review and possible termination.
7. Intellectual Property & Branding
- Contribution rights belong to the artist; CrownThrive retains rights to platform branding, interface, marketing materials, and visual displays.
- Unauthorized use of branding assets or artist content outside of the authorized channels is prohibited.
8. Data Privacy & Consent
