1. Purpose
This Addendum builds on CrownThrive’s Master Terms by setting platform-specific requirements for user contributions, moderation, content licensing, credit/points systems, and community conduct.
2. Definitions
- User: Anyone using the platform.
- Contributor: Individuals who create posts, media, or participate in quizzes/music/polls.
- Credits / Points: In‑platform tokens and reputation metrics detailed on the site.
- Violation: Any breach of this Addendum, the AUP, Community Guidelines, or Privacy/Refund policies.
3. Acceptable Use & Community Standards
- Illegal activity, hate speech, defamation, exploitation, spam, impersonation, IP infringement, or misuse of the credit/points system is strictly prohibited.
- Contributors should share thoughtful, original content with proper attribution. Spam, misinformation, or plagiarism may result in sanctions.
- Credit and point abuse (e.g., fake accounts or system manipulation) will lead to penalties.
4. Content & Licensing
- Users retain ownership of their submissions but grant CrownThrive a royalty-free license to display, edit, or promote posted content within T.M.E. and other CrownThrive platforms.
- Unauthorized reuse of CrownThrive intellectual property—including brand assets or website design—is prohibited.
5. Credits & Points Systems
- Users receive 500 free credits upon signup, with additional credits available for purchase or earned through engagement.
- Credits unlock premium content; points are awarded for participation and determine leaderboard ranks and titles.
- Credits/points cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for currency. Misuse will result in revocation and account sanctions.
6. Moderation & Enforcement
- Content may be removed and accounts suspended for violations. Repeat offenses may result in permanent bans without refund.
- Appeals should be submitted via the official support email.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- T.M.E follows CrownThrive’s global Privacy Practices, including GDPR, CCPA, and PECR frameworks.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data. Contact support via email provided below.
8. Refund Policy
- All purchases—including credits, points, subscriptions, or premium access—are final and non‑refundable except in cases of billing error or unauthorized charge within 7 days.
- Users agree not to dispute chargebacks that violate platform terms.
9. Liability & Indemnification
- The platform and content are offered “as-is” without warranties. T.M.E and CrownThrive are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Users indemnify CrownThrive against claims arising from policy violations or misuse.
10. Suspension, Termination & Appeals
- CrownThrive may suspend or terminate an account for policy violations, misuse, or fraud. No access or refunds will be provided if terminated.
