1. Purpose
This Addendum expands CrownThrive’s Master Terms by detailing rules specific to AI tool use, data inputs, copyrights, community conduct, and user support regarding Thrive AI Studio.
2. Definitions
- User: Anyone with access to Thrive AI Studio tools.
- Content or Input Data: All prompts, text entries, files, or uploads supplied by the user.
- Generated Output: AI-created text, media, or insights produced via the platform.
3. Acceptable Use & Content Standards
- Users must not input or generate harmful, unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Generated output should not be used for malicious purposes or unverified claims.
- Automated scraping, abusive system use, or interference with other users’ access is prohibited.
4. Licensing & Intellectual Property
- User Inputs: Users retain ownership of their submitted content.
- Outputs: Copyright transfers to the user under paid plans; free-tier outputs are licensed for non-commercial use only.
- CrownThrive retains ownership of platform software, branding, and AI infrastructure.
5. Data Privacy & Security
- Access via verified credentials; account sharing is prohibited.
- Personal and usage data are processed under GDPR and CCPA-compliant practices.
- Privacy practices are outlined in CrownThrive’s global policies.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
- Subscription plans billed in USD monthly or annually.
- Refunds available only for documented errors or technical failures and must be requested within a specified grace period.
- Platform reserves the ability to make pricing changes with notice.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Thrive AI Studio is provided “as-is” without warranties.
- CrownThrive’s maximum liability is capped at fees paid over the preceding six months.
- Users indemnify CrownThrive from claims stemming from misuse.
8. Moderation, Suspension & Termination
- CrownThrive may suspend or remove accounts that violate policy or pose platform risk.
- Actions may be taken without prior notice; no refund granted upon termination.
