1. Purpose

This Addendum supplements CrownThrive’s Master Terms by defining plan-level entitlements, app-publishing functionality, platform sync features, acceptable use, and support workflows for ThriveApps subscribers.

2. Definitions

  • Subscriber / Client: Person or organization subscribed to ThriveApps on one of the tiered plans.
  • Mobile App Services: App creation, real-time syncing, store submission, booking or e‑commerce enablement.
  • Plan Tier: One of the subscription plans below governing discount levels, support, and features.

3. Subscription Plans & Features

ThriveApps Plan monthly: $99.99 / per month Includes website‑to‑app conversion, real-time sync, custom menu, app publishing features.

4. Acceptable Use & Publishing Conduct

  • Subscribers may only request app publication for websites they own or control.
  • Apps must comply with App Store / Play Store policies and not contain harmful, infringing, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Subscribers may not misuse the real-time sync feature to inject unauthorized scripts or data.
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized automation on the portal is prohibited.

5. Licensing & Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their website content and app.
  • CrownThrive may use subscriber branding or screenshots for promotional case studies upon permission.
  • Platform UI, metadata, and underlying hosting tools remain CrownThrive intellectual property.

6. Data Privacy & Collection

  • ThriveApps may collect minimal analytics—such as app installs, sync logs, and app health metrics—for platform improvement.
  • No e‑commerce or booking data is captured unless full backend integration is enabled.
  • All data practices align with CrownThrive’s GDPR/CCPA-compliant privacy framework.
  • Users may request data access or deletion via

7. Billing, Cancellations, & Refund Policies

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD via integrated payment gateways.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; access continues through paid period. No pro-rated refunds for cancellation mid-cycle.
  • Refunds granted only for confirmed billing errors or failure to deliver app services within 30 days. Disputes must be reported within 7 days.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • ThriveApps is provided “as-is” without guarantees around app store approval, app uptime, or store performance.
  • CrownThrive disclaims responsibility for third-party store rejections, policy changes, or marketplace delistings.
  • Liability is capped at fees paid by the subscriber over preceding three months.
  • Subscribers agree to indemnify CrownThrive against claims resulting from content misuse or legal violations.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • CrownThrive may pause or terminate servicing apps for policy violations, malicious behavior, or abuse of portal access.
  • Terminated subscribers forfeit app updates but may retain App Store presence per their own account.
