1. Purpose
This addendum supplements CrownThrive’s Master Terms by establishing platform-specific rules applicable to ThrivePeer — including client onboarding, community contributions, intellectual property, and user conduct.
2. Definitions
- User / Client: Any visitor or registered member of ThrivePeer.
- Commenter / Contributor: Individuals posting blogs, comments, or questions.
- Content: Includes text, comments, uploaded media, and shared guides.
- Violation: Any behavior or submission that breaches this addendum or CrownThrive’s core policies.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
- Users must not repost, resell, redistribute content, or infringe on platform assets.
- Comments should not be defamatory, fraudulent, or infringe on someone’s privacy or IP rights.
- Impersonation, spam, or misleading statements are strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property & Licensing
- ThrivePeer and its affiliates retain ownership of all platform IP.
- By posting content or comments, users grant a non‑exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, and display that content on the platform.
5. Comment Moderation & Enforcement
- Users’ comments are published immediately and are not pre-screened. ThrivePeer reserves the right to remove or moderate posts at its discretion.
- Violators may face restricted access or permanent deletion from the platform.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
- ThrivePeer processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data by emailing

7. Liability Limitations & Disclaimers
- Content is offered “as-is” without any warranties. ThrivePeer disclaims liability for indirect damages or user-generated content.
- Users indemnify CrownThrive against claims arising from misuse of the platform.
8. Account Termination & Suspension
- CrownThrive reserves unilateral rights to revoke access for policy violations or harmful behavior.
- Suspension may occur without prior notice and without user compensation.
