ThrivePush Platform‑Specific Addendum

Platform Name: ThrivePush Version: v1.0 Effective Date: September 6, 2024 Platform URL: https://thrivepush.io Governing Entity: CrownThrive, LLC

1. Purpose

This Addendum extends CrownThrive’s Master Terms by specifying platform-specific rules related to account use, content integrity, messaging compliance, and intellectual property for ThrivePush.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any individual or business creating an account or sending notifications.
  • Subscriber Data: Information collected from end users, including device/browser details.
  • Violation: Any activity that violates this Addendum or ThrivePush policies.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages;
  • Violating intellectual property rights;
  • Uploading malware or harmful code;
  • Harassing users or engaging in illegal activities. ThrivePush reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Privacy & Data Rights

ThrivePush complies with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Personal data (e.g. names, emails, IP addresses, browser metadata) is processed securely and only for specific, legitimate purposes. Users may request deletion, modification, or access to their data. 

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, content, and functionality belong to CrownThrive or its licensors. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. 

6. Liability & Indemnification

  • The platform is provided “as is” with no warranties.
  • CrownThrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.
  • Users agree to indemnify CrownThrive against claims arising from misuse.

7. Account Security & Termination

Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. Unlawful or unauthorized access or misuse may lead to immediate suspension or account termination. 

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if (a) service does not function as described, (b) a refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, and (c) the service has not been substantially consumed. Change-of-mind requests or heavily used accounts are ineligible.

10. Policy Amendments
