1. Purpose
This Addendum supplements CrownThrive’s Master Terms by detailing role-based responsibilities, event ticketing rules, cancellation/refund policies, and compliance for event organizers and attendees.
2. Definitions
- Organizer: Individual or venue creating and managing events via ThriveTickets.
- Attendee: A ticket purchaser or event participant.
- Vendor / Scanner: Staff or third-party personnel using the ThriveTickets Scanner App or venue dashboard.
- Event Ticket: A transferable digital pass issued through the platform for entry access.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
- Organizers must ensure valid licensing, support event listing accuracy, and provide refund/transfer policies upfront.
- Attendees must present valid tickets at event entry and comply with event code of conduct.
- Vendors / Scanners use authorized apps or dashboards to validate entry and manage event access securely.
4. Acceptable Use & Conduct
- No fraudulent listing of events, phishing tickets, or unauthorized use of scan apps.
- Event materials must not infringe on intellectual property or violate laws.
- Automated scraping of help center or ticket listings is prohibited.
5. Payments, Refunds & Handling Cancellations
- Payment is processed via integrated gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
- Refund practices are governed by organizer policy and applicable law.
- Attendee refunds due to cancellations or changes must follow stated terms on ticket pages and Help Center guidelines.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
- ThriveTickets collects personal data (names, emails, IP addresses, payment info) subject to GDPR, CCPA, and CrownThrive Global Privacy Policy standards.
- Data is shared only as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

- ThriveTickets and events are offered “as-is” with no guarantees of event outcome, fulfillment, or performance.
- CrownThrive disclaims liability for third-party events, venue issues, force majeure, or cancellation-related losses.
- Liability cap applies to fees processed through ThriveTickets within the past six months.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
- Organizers, attendees, or vendors may be suspended or banned for suspicious activity, fraud, bot usage, or violation of policy.
- No refunds or compensation guaranteed upon removal or deactivation of accounts.
