1. Purpose

This addendum supplements CrownThrive’s Master Terms by codifying policies specific to ThriveSeat’s scheduling, payment, and team management tools. It governs user responsibilities, subscription terms, acceptable use, and platform liability.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: A user purchasing services or booking via ThriveSeat.
  • Business Account: Registered service business using ThriveSeat for bookings, staff, or revenue.
  • Staff Member: Individuals invited and managed within a business account.
  • Subscription Plan: ThriveSeat service tier (e.g., Starter, Pro, Studio+, Enterprise).

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Businesses must register with accurate legal information including business address and tax identifier.
  • Individual logins must remain confidential.
  • Accounts suspected of fraud, sharing credentials, or abuse may be suspended immediately.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

  • Prohibited behavior includes scraping, unauthorized automation, manipulation of bookings or payments, and violation of local commerce or consumer laws.
  • Promotional code abuse or misuse of client data will result in immediate revocation of access.

5. Payments, Subscription & Refunds

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. Pricing tiers available from Starter to Enterprise.
  • No refunds after billing unless due to an internal platform error.
  • Failed or overdue payments may result in paused services until resolved.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Rights

  • All platform features, software, branding, and content remain CrownThrive, LLC’s intellectual property.
  • Businesses retain rights to client data, booking records, and custom content.
  • CrownThrive may aggregate anonymized usage data for product improvement or analytics.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • ThriveSeat is provided “as-is” without warranty. CrownThrive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including business interruption or data loss.
  • Liability is capped at fees paid over the prior 6 months.

8. Access Suspension & Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or abusive behavior.
  • ThriveSeat reserves the right to disable access without notice. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
