Partner Placement, Exposure, and Eligibility Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2025 Governing Entity: CrownThrive, LLC Applies To: All active clients, platform members, and ecosystem participants Contact: [email protected]

1. Purpose of Partner Placement

CrownThrive may feature eligible users, clients, or partners within its platforms, directories, campaigns, email lists, branded experiences, or investor-facing showcases. These placements are designed to reward high-performing participants, boost platform visibility, and align like-minded brands within our growth ecosystem.

2. Placement Types

Placements may include, but are not limited to:

  • Public partner listings or tier-based badges
  • Spotlight features in blogs, emails, or investor decks
  • Visibility on CrownThrive.com or affiliate platforms
  • Priority inclusion in media packages, brand directories, or partner maps
  • Search result placement on community directories (e.g., FindCliques, Locticians, NFTCliques)
  • Highlighted access in CrownLytics or investor-facing materials

3. Tier-Based Eligibility

Placement opportunities are generally determined by the member’s current program tier:

  • Standard Partners (ThriveLaunch): Eligible for basic directory listings and group exposure.
  • Preferred/Featured Partners (ThriveBoost, ThriveElevate): Considered for spotlight exposure, media bundles, or featured tiles.
  • Premium/VIP/Enterprise/Legacy Partners (ThrivePioneer and above): Prioritized in all internal promotion, with eligibility for pitch events, featured investor kits, and high-tier media packages.

Placement decisions consider more than just tier—they also include the participant’s engagement, reputation, ethics, and readiness level.

4. Submission and Review

Participants may submit a request for placement consideration through the CrownThrive dashboard or support email. All placements are reviewed by the CrownThrive editorial and strategy team to ensure alignment with brand standards, legal risk mitigation, and ecosystem positioning.

5. Editorial Discretion

CrownThrive reserves the right to determine who is included in each placement opportunity. This includes the right to accept, modify, postpone, or remove placement based on:

  • Content relevance and alignment
  • Legal or regulatory risks
  • Market sensitivity or brand fit
  • Historical reputation and compliance
  • Technical readiness (e.g., lack of website, brand cohesion, etc.)

We are not obligated to explain editorial decisions regarding exposure, and users do not purchase guaranteed placement as part of any subscription.

6. Removal and Visibility Loss

Partner placements may be paused or revoked due to:

  • Inactivity or service cancellation
  • Violations of CrownThrive Terms or brand standards
  • Customer complaints, brand conflicts, or quality concerns
  • Non-payment or failed subscription renewal

CrownThrive retains full discretion to adjust or remove placement at any time.

7. Legal Limitation

Placement does not imply endorsement, partnership, or funding guarantee. Exposure through our ecosystem is a branding benefit, not a legal obligation. CrownThrive is not liable for business outcomes, reputation loss, or third-party decisions resulting from placement.

8. Brand Protection

Participants featured in placements are expected to represent the CrownThrive brand and mission with professionalism. Misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation following placement may result in legal or reputational review.
