Program Exit, Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2025 Applies To: All CrownThrive platform users, clients, and subscribers Governing Entity: CrownThrive, LLC Contact: [email protected]

1. Scope of Cancellation & Exit Rights

This policy applies to all monthly and annual subscriptions to CrownThrive programs, including ThriveTier plans, ThriveApps, CrownRewards Partner Pro, and other structured program offerings. It governs all client exits from incubator paths, strategy plans, and internal partnerships.

Clients may cancel their program at any time through their member dashboard or by emailing CrownThrive directly. Canceling a program does not constitute a refund request unless explicitly stated.

2. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing via email or through the CrownThrive dashboard
  • Include the client’s full name, email, and the program tier being exited
  • Be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged

If cancellation is submitted fewer than 7 days prior to billing, the client may be charged for the next period and cancellation will apply to the following month.

3. Refund Eligibility

CrownThrive offers strategic services and digital deliverables that are partially or fully fulfilled upon signup. Refunds are generally not guaranteed, but may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Platform or service failure caused by CrownThrive
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Incomplete service delivery due to internal disruption

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge and will not be considered beyond that point.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Coaching sessions already delivered
  • Investment pitch prep, deck creation, or branding services completed
  • Premium feature unlocks, advertising credits, or partner placements used
  • Failure to implement or make use of services due to user inaction
  • Tier access periods where benefits were fully available but not used

Refunds are also not issued due to dissatisfaction with results, coaching opinions, or lack of expected business performance.

5. Downgrade & Transition Rules

Users may request a tier downgrade at any time, but changes take effect at the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds or partial credits are issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to coaching, investment prep, or placement tools is removed upon downgrade if it was exclusive to a higher tier. Any prior deliverables remain accessible unless the user has violated the platform’s Terms of Use.

6. Program Pauses and Suspension

In select cases, CrownThrive may offer a temporary program pause for personal, financial, or medical reasons. Pauses are granted for up to 30 days and must be requested in writing. Abuse of the pause feature may result in denial of future pause requests.

CrownThrive may also suspend or terminate a user’s access due to ethical violations, non-payment, fraud, or abuse. Suspended users forfeit their refund eligibility.

7. Legal Notice

Participation in CrownThrive programs is voluntary and subject to mutual good faith. Users are encouraged to ask questions before enrolling. Submitting payment and activating access constitutes acceptance of our refund, exit, and cancellation policy.

CrownThrive reserves the right to revise this policy at any time and will notify active members via email or member dashboard if changes are material.

8. Version Control
