Effective Date: July 25, 2025 Applies To: All former clients, incubator graduates, or platform users transitioned into ThriveAlumni Governing Entity: CrownThrive, LLC Contact: [email protected]

1. What is ThriveAlumni?

ThriveAlumni is the post-engagement branch of the CrownThrive ecosystem, designed to preserve legacy relationships, celebrate impact, and provide continued access to growth opportunities for past clients. It serves as a home for exited incubator brands, graduated members, and former tier participants who no longer pay monthly but remain aligned with our mission.

2. Eligibility for ThriveAlumni

You are eligible to join ThriveAlumni if:

  • You successfully completed a ThriveTier program (minimum 3 months of active membership), or
  • You previously held a role as a verified instructor, partner, or platform builder, or
  • You were invited into ThriveAlumni as part of a special exit or recognition package

Participation may also be extended to founders, visionaries, or legacy members contributing thought leadership or strategic insight to the ecosystem.

3. Alumni Rights and Perks

As a ThriveAlumni member, you retain:

  • A verified profile on CrownThrive.com (with legacy badge)
  • Continued access to alumni-only resources, case study features, and event invitations
  • Referral access to Crown Affiliates with retained commissions
  • Ability to rejoin at a discounted rate or resume premium access without penalty
  • First-look access to pilot programs, investment decks, and volunteer mentor roles
  • Participation in alumni-focused roundtables, summits, and publications

ThriveAlumni members do not retain active coaching, advertising credits, or 1:1 strategic access unless reinstated through a new tier.

4. Participation Expectations

ThriveAlumni is built on legacy integrity and continued collaboration. Alumni are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful interaction within alumni spaces and forums
  • Avoid using their CrownThrive affiliation for deceptive or unauthorized representation
  • Remain in compliance with general platform terms
  • Use their influence to support newer members or act as mentors when invited

Repeated violations of CrownThrive values, policies, or ethical guidelines may result in removal from the alumni directory or termination of access.

5. Alumni-Driven Opportunities

Select alumni may be offered:

  • Co-hosting opportunities in training sessions or summits
  • Mentorship roles in ThrivePeer or CrownThriveU
  • Honorary council positions or voting roles in ecosystem planning
  • Guest contributor access to ThriveInsights content
  • Brand licensing or ecosystem reselling rights (by application only)

CrownThrive reserves the right to approve or deny any alumni engagement based on fit, availability, and strategic alignment.

6. Exit and Return

Alumni may request removal from the program at any time. Re-entry to a paid tier is available with no penalty, subject to current pricing and platform availability.

CrownThrive may also reinstate alumni into active roles (advisory, incubator, or partner) through a curated invitation process or on merit-based contribution to the ecosystem.

7. Legal Notice

ThriveAlumni is a goodwill-based extension of the CrownThrive ecosystem. It does not guarantee continued monetization, investment exposure, or operational benefits unless specified in a separate agreement.

Participation is subject to modification based on business strategy, security considerations, or governance structure changes.
