Programs, Incubators & Partner Tiers (Master Policy)

1. Covered Programs and Tiers

This policy governs participation in the following CrownThrive initiatives:

  • Incubator Programs: ThriveLaunch, ThriveBoost, ThriveElevate, ThrivePioneer, ThriveVenture, ThriveLegacy
  • Strategic Tiers: CrownRewards Partner Program, Premier & Elite Affiliate Levels, and Platform Partner Placements
  • Alumni Programs: ThriveAlumni (graduates of incubator/coaching tracks)
  • Funding Access: Investment-readiness services and pitch preparation
  • Partnership Cohorts: Private onboarding groups, beta testers, growth collectives

Additional programs launched by CrownThrive or its brands will be added under this policy as extensions.

2. Program Entry & Eligibility

Participants may join programs through:

  • Direct subscription via CrownThrive.com
  • Application and approval by internal program staff
  • Founder nomination or advisor referral
  • Strategic invitation from the CrownThrive Executive Council

Each program may carry eligibility requirements including:

  • Proof of business ownership or product development
  • Active platform usage within the CrownThrive Ecosystem
  • Agreement to applicable Terms of Use and Addenda
  • Engagement with onboarding or discovery sessions

CrownThrive reserves the right to approve or deny program access based on strategic fit or capacity.

3. Incubator Phases (Standardized Structure)

All incubator participants, regardless of program tier, follow this structured growth model:

Phase 1 – Discovery & Alignment Initial intake or consultation to identify needs, goals, and platform fit.

Phase 2 – Strategic Onboarding Plan activation, onboarding to relevant tools, community introduction, and KPI assignment.

Phase 3 – Execution & Optimization Use of ecosystem tools with ongoing strategy support, accountability, and performance review.

Phase 4 – Monetization & Scaling Deployment of monetization systems, growth marketing campaigns, automation, and tier upgrades.

Phase 5 – Investment Eligibility & Partner Pathways Preparation for investment presentation, revenue-share opportunities, strategic partnerships, and access to premium channels like ThriveVenture or CrownThrive Legacy initiatives.

4. Revenue & Compensation Terms

Program participation may involve:

  • Subscription payments (monthly or annual)
  • Affiliate or referral commission earnings
  • Equity-based partnership eligibility (at advanced tiers)
  • Access to advertising credit, AI tools, or monetized community features

Revenue shares, perks, and platform incentives are detailed at time of enrollment and may differ by tier. CrownThrive does not guarantee financial results.

5. Coaching, Strategy & Advisory Services

Depending on the selected tier, participants may receive:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions with strategic advisors
  • Group coaching or cohort-style workshops
  • Email or dashboard-based milestone tracking
  • Guided pitch development and deck review
  • Partner placement consultation

All advice and resources are provided “as-is.” Participants are responsible for business outcomes based on implementation.

6. Confidentiality & NDA Compliance

All program participants must respect confidentiality in cohort environments. Internal strategies, business models, coaching calls, and investor conversations are considered sensitive intellectual property.

CrownThrive reserves the right to issue NDAs where appropriate. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of access.

7. Program Termination & Withdrawal

CrownThrive may terminate program access for:

  • Breach of Terms or unethical conduct
  • Abuse of platform systems or community spaces
  • Failure to make timely payments or comply with coaching protocols
  • Misrepresentation of business, legal, or financial status

Participants may request withdrawal at any time, though refunds are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the subscription policy.

8. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Participants maintain ownership of their own content, brands, and business assets. However:

  • Any content created collaboratively with CrownThrive staff may be subject to shared license
  • Materials uploaded to ThriveU or ecosystem platforms are granted a promotional use license
  • CrownThrive may showcase public-facing success stories as part of its incubator portfolio unless a written opt-out is submitted

9. Legacy Placement & Long-Term Roles

Graduates of advanced incubator tiers (e.g., ThriveVenture or ThriveLegacy) may be eligible for:

  • Investment introductions and pitch exposure
  • Strategic brand partnerships or acquisitions
  • Council invitations or ambassador contracts
  • Long-term collaboration through revenue-share or equity channels

Eligibility for these placements is evaluated quarterly by the Executive Council and internal advisors.

10. Version Control & Amendments

This policy is reviewed and updated periodically. You will be notified of any material changes via platform dashboard, email, or Legal Depot update.
