🔒 Why CrownThrive Suspends or Bans Accounts
We don’t take account action lightly. Suspensions and bans are used to protect platform integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure a safe experience for other users, instructors, partners, and affiliates.
Accounts may be restricted for:
Reason | Example |
Abuse or harassment | Threatening messages, impersonation, spamming |
Fraud or payment abuse | False chargebacks, fake referrals, unauthorized use |
Terms of Use violation | Misusing platform features, bypassing restrictions |
Staff impersonation or partner fraud | Pretending to be a verified partner or CrownThrive rep |
Repeat disputes with no resolution | Demonstrated bad-faith behavior over time |
🚫 What Happens When Your Account Is Flagged
Action Taken | Impact on User |
Temporary Suspension | Login blocked, services paused (typically 3–7 days) |
Investigation Notice | User contacted for response (via email or ticket) |
Permanent Ban | Access revoked, content removed or archived |
All actions are logged internally and handled under CT-SOP-105.1.5 (Abuse Escalation & Ban Process SOP).
