Account Suspension, Ban, & Appeal – What Happens if Your Access is Limited

🔒 Why CrownThrive Suspends or Bans Accounts

We don’t take account action lightly. Suspensions and bans are used to protect platform integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure a safe experience for other users, instructors, partners, and affiliates.

Accounts may be restricted for:

🚫 What Happens When Your Account Is Flagged

Temporary SuspensionLogin blocked, services paused (typically 3–7 days)
Investigation NoticeUser contacted for response (via email or ticket)
Permanent BanAccess revoked, content removed or archived

All actions are logged internally and handled under CT-SOP-105.1.5 (Abuse Escalation & Ban Process SOP).

🧾 How to Appeal an Action

If your account has been suspended or banned and you believe it was in error, you can appeal:

  1. Email
  2. Include:

📌 Appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days of notification. Late appeals may be denied.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Submitting multiple tickets will not speed up your appeal
  • If impersonation or abuse is confirmed, the ban is final
  • If your account is reinstated, all activity will be monitored for 30 days
  • CrownThrive reserves the right to protect its ecosystem and partners at all times
