Troubleshooting: Membership Changes (For Members)

Upgrading Membership

  • Log into the CrownThrive portal: portal.crownthrive.com.
  • Navigate to “Membership Settings.”
  • Choose upgrade options: Community → Pro, or Pro → VIP/Legacy.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Canceling Membership

  • Visit portal.crownthrive.com.
  • Select “Cancel Membership.”
  • Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Region Changes

  • Update your profile to reflect new home region (NA, EU, AF, ASIA, CARIB, LATAM, OCEANIA).
  • Regional auditoriums will adjust based on your new home base.

Refund Policy

  • ThriveGather does not provide refunds for partial cycles.
  • Sponsorship packages are managed separately under contract terms.
