Upgrading Membership
- Log into the CrownThrive portal: portal.crownthrive.com.
- Navigate to “Membership Settings.”
- Choose upgrade options: Community → Pro, or Pro → VIP/Legacy.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Canceling Membership
- Visit portal.crownthrive.com.
- Select “Cancel Membership.”
- Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Region Changes
- Update your profile to reflect new home region (NA, EU, AF, ASIA, CARIB, LATAM, OCEANIA).
- Regional auditoriums will adjust based on your new home base.
Refund Policy
- ThriveGather does not provide refunds for partial cycles.
- Sponsorship packages are managed separately under contract terms.
