1. Purpose
To safeguard the integrity of all CrownThrive and ThriveAlumni governance activities by implementing autonomous AI oversight, algorithmic moderation, and programmable smart contracts for license enforcement, voting validation, behavioral monitoring, and fraud prevention.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
All CrownThrive governance structures (Boards, Committees, Advisory Councils)
ThriveAlumni’s election cycles, campaigns, and seat appointments
All CHLOM™ token-based processes, smart contracts, and seat activations
Automated moderation and AI systems used in governance spaces
3. AI Moderation Capabilities
3.1 Governance Behavior Monitoring
AI systems track participation, meeting conduct, ethics violations, and conflict patterns. They alert moderators or the Compliance Committee in real-time.
3.2 Election Oversight
AI tools verify nomination legitimacy, detect vote stacking or manipulation, and ensure manifesto compliance with platform policies.
3.3 Engagement Scoring
Smart algorithms assign participation and integrity scores to governance members, influencing reappointment or reward eligibility.
4. Smart Contract Deployment
4.1 License Enforcement Contracts
Every leadership seat is governed by a smart contract that validates credentials, expiration dates, and role-based permissions.
4.2 Token Ballots
Voting is conducted through CHLOM™ contracts that ensure votes are final, traceable, and immutable, with snapshot locks and vote caps.
4.3 Compensation Disbursement
Stipends, bonuses, and budgets are automatically released via contract triggers based on deliverables, meeting attendance, or quorum thresholds.
5. Moderation & Flagging System
AI flags anomalies such as multiple votes from one IP, mass new accounts, or committee nomination surges.
Moderators are prompted for human review or the system escalates directly to the Ethics Committee.
Flagged data is logged permanently in the CHLOM™ Governance Ledger.
6. Transparency & Audit Trails
All AI actions are publicly recorded with timestamped logs, visible to relevant oversight bodies.
Contracts must include open-source auditing pathways and allow non-destructive dry-runs for system simulation.
Ethics Committee and Board Auditors have read-access to all AI and smart contract moderation records.
7. Breach Handling & Override Protocol
If AI or contract behavior is proven biased, incorrect, or corrupt, the Founders may trigger a Manual Override Vote.
Upon 2/3 approval, contracts can be paused and migrated to a patched version.
AI models may be suspended pending a system integrity audit by CHLOM's AI Risk Division.
8. AI Training & Ethics Compliance
All AI models must undergo ethical review and be trained using anonymized, unbiased governance data.
Any model that violates data privacy or decision transparency is permanently retired.
Governance members may request an AI Audit if they believe moderation was applied unfairly.
9. Review & Evolution
This policy is reviewed annually or whenever a major update is made to:
Smart contract systems
CHLOM token functionality
AI moderation models
