1. Purpose

To ensure that all instructors teaching through CrownThriveU are properly vetted, legally protected, aligned with our mission, and empowered to teach high-quality, systematized content that respects user safety and platform standards.

2. Scope

This SOP applies to:

  • Individual instructors applying to teach courses
  • Guest experts contributing to course bundles or workshops
  • Partnered organizations with instructor access
  • Re-onboarding returning instructors after account inactivity or flagging

4. Process Steps

4.1 Step 1: Application Submission

  • Instructor submits:
    • Course proposal
    • Bio, topic focus, experience
    • Signed Instructor Agreement (auto-generated)
  • Application time: 15–30 minutes

4.2 Step 2: Review & Vetting

  • Education Team reviews:
    • Teaching clarity and structure
    • Topic relevance to CrownThriveU categories
    • Instructor tone (must align with values and integrity)
  • Legal Team verifies:
    • Instructor agreement (IP terms, royalty terms)
    • Instructor identity (optional, by request or flag)

4.3 Step 3: Sample Content Approval

  • Instructor must upload:
    • 1 full sample lesson
    • Optional: course overview video
  • Platform Moderator reviews for:
    • Policy compliance (no hate speech, fraud, misleading claims)
    • Audio/video quality standards
  • If accepted, course slot is opened in dashboard

4.4 Step 4: Onboarding & Activation

  • Instructor receives:
    • Access to CrownThriveU dashboard
    • Branding toolkit (fonts, logos, guidelines)
    • Crown Affiliates referral system invitation
    • Course building support checklist (optional)

4.5 Step 5: Listing Go-Live

  • Instructor uploads full content package (video, quizzes, templates)
  • Courses reviewed in final stage by Education Admin
  • Instructor profile goes live and is linked to CrownThrive.com + ThrivePush marketing flows
