1. Purpose
To systematize how SOPs are written, tagged, stored, updated, and shared across CrownThriveâs 60+ platforms, ensuring legal compliance, operational clarity, and cross-platform consistency.
2. Scope
This SOP applies to:
- All current and future platforms, tools, and sub-brands operated under CrownThrive, LLC
- SOPs for technical workflows, customer service, affiliate models, moderation policies, and data handling
- Internal and public-facing SOPs
- Archived platforms or paused initiatives still governed under CrownThriveâs IP

4. Process Steps
4.1 Step 1: SOP Submission & Tagging
- SOP must follow:
- Format: CT-SOP-PLATCODE.section.version (e.g., CT-SOP-XEN.202.1.0)
- Metadata: Platform, Category, Author, Created Date, Last Modified Date
- Submitted to:
4.2 Step 2: SOP Registration
- Registered in:
- Master SOP Index Sheet (maintained by CLO)
- Collab Portal > Platform Docs
- CrownThrive Help Center (for public-facing SOPs)
- SOP status set as: Draft, Active, Archived
4.3 Step 3: Legal Approval & Versioning
- CLO or delegated Legal Ops Lead confirms:
- Legal language is accurate
- Internal vs. public designation is clear
- Review cycle assigned (default: quarterly)
4.4 Step 4: Distribution Based on Tier

- Teams must be notified of new SOPs via ThrivePush or platform dashboard alerts (if relevant)
4.5 Step 5: Review, Archive, or Replace
- Each SOP must be reviewed:
- Every 90 days (default) or after a system update
- Archived if deprecated
- Replaced using version bump logic (e.g., v1.0 â v1.1)
