Platform Launch & Brand Integration Approval Policy

1. Purpose

This policy ensures every platform or brand launched under CrownThrive, LLC is aligned with the ecosystem’s strategic vision, legal safeguards, and governance model, including integration into CHLOM™ and ThriveAlumni where applicable.

2. Scope

This applies to: Internal platforms (e.g., ThriveSeat, NeuralCraft, Locticians Directory) White-labeled subsidiaries or incubator startups Public-facing brands (e.g., Melanin Magic, XENthrive, FindCliques) Future IP licenses, utilities, or social impact tools

3. Approval Process

Before any platform or brand can go live under the CrownThrive umbrella, the following must be completed: Submission of Strategic Blueprint to Executive Committee Compliance Risk Review by Legal Affairs & Risk Officer CHLOM Governance Mapping – defining voting rights, member roles, and license structures Trademark Verification & IP Check Revenue & Affiliate Flow Model reviewed by the Finance Committee Formal Vote by Executive Committee (minimum 2/3 approval) Notification to ThriveAlumni Governance Registry if platform includes member elections, contributions, or tokenization

4. Brand Integration Standards

All approved platforms must integrate: CrownThrive’s legal footer and privacy disclaimers Stripe Climate or EcoDrive contribution program CHLOM Compliance Notice (if tokenized or offering credentials) CrownRewards, CrownAffiliates, or member commission structures Governance portal listing on https://crownthrive.com Failure to meet integration deadlines may delay launch or revoke affiliate incentives.

5. Platform Ownership Structure

Each platform must disclose: Founder(s) or primary initiator Revenue share split (between CrownThrive, Founders, Partners) Operational license status: Sole-owner, Joint Venture, or Incubator Partner If share ownership is assigned, classes must match CHLOM structure: Class A: Voting platform shares Class B: Non-voting collaborator shares Class C: Convertible member/community shares

6. Platform Lifecycle Compliance

Once launched, platforms must: Submit quarterly financial or usage reports (if monetized) Adhere to active moderation, member conduct, and KYC policies Maintain uptime standards (DevOps Monitoring SLA) Keep data privacy and Stripe Terms of Use in sync with parent policies CHLOM will log platform creation, structural changes, and executive changes permanently.

7. Platform Revocation & Retirement

CrownThrive may revoke platform affiliation if: Brand misalignment, legal violations, or misuse of member data occur Founders become inactive and fail to meet reporting requirements Governance policies are bypassed, or community harm is detected Revocation follows a 14-day review and a 2/3 vote by the Executive Committee.

8. Amendment Protocol
