📘 CT-SOP-101.1.1 — New Platform Onboarding SOP

Effective Date: July 27, 2025 Applies To: Executive Team, CTO, CLO, Platform Managers, Brand Directors, Technical Onboarding Team, Legal Ops Team Review Cycle: Quarterly or upon any restructuring Related Legal Depot Sections: Section 4.0, 4.26, 6.0–6.4

1. Purpose

To establish a standardized, legally sound, and scalable process for onboarding new CrownThrive platforms or sub-brands, ensuring they are aligned with infrastructure, automation, brand cohesion, and public expectations.

2. Scope

This SOP applies to:

  • All new web properties (subdomains or root domains)
  • Physical product brands launched under CrownThrive
  • SaaS tools and automation-based platforms
  • Community-facing brands or verticals (e.g., ThriveThreads, CHLOM, ThriveWick)
  • Affiliate-facing or education-based systems (e.g., CrownThriveU expansions)

This SOP does not apply to one-off campaigns or external platforms not owned by CrownThrive.

Before onboarding begins, the following must be secured:

4. Onboarding Process Steps

4.1 Step 1: Executive Review & Approval

  • Submit written proposal to CEO, CLO, and COO for review
  • Legal checks for overlap, conflict of interest, or regulatory flags
  • Executive Council vote (if required)

4.2 Step 2: Infrastructure Mapping

  • CTO allocates server space, subdomain, or primary domain
  • SSL and DNS entries handled through our verified registrar
  • Platform assigned project ID (e.g., CT-PLAT-0057)

4.3 Step 3: Legal Policy Sync

  • CLO provisions legal depot entry for new platform
  • Policies adapted from master templates (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.)
  • Trademark, copyright, or IP protection added to registry

4.4 Step 4: Brand Asset Integration

  • Upload logos, brand colors, fonts to design library
  • Confirm accessibility compliance (ADA)
  • Sync brand into ecosystem-wide style guide

4.5 Step 5: Tech & Automation Sync

  • Integrate ThrivePush, Stripe, Zapier, and analytics (CrownLytics)
  • AI declarations filed (if using automation/AI)
  • All workflows documented in internal developer wiki

4.6 Step 6: Platform-Specific SOP Creation

  • Assign SOP ID for unique operations (e.g., CT-SOP-204.3.2 for ThriveThreads)
  • Add to Collab Portal & Help Center as public or internal doc

4.7 Step 7: Soft Launch

  • Test transactions, user flows, automations
  • Run error logs, uptime monitoring, and feedback loop

4.8 Step 8: Public Launch & Registry

  • Platform officially listed in Help Center
  • Brand added to Legal Depot: Section 4.26
  • CrownThriveU + Crown Affiliates cross-promote if applicable
